中文摘要：	业务外包（Outsourcing）最先出现可以追溯到20世纪20年代，而其迅猛发展是从20世纪80年代后期开始的，并以20世纪90年代初，Kodak与IBM等公司签订的长达10年，总值为2.5亿美元的IT外包合约为里程碑。在激烈的市场竞争环境中，企业越发意识到内部资源有限性给自身发展带来的制约，而将企业的部分非核心业务外包给企业外部的高效率的专业机构来执行，这样既可以使企业集中力量和资源加快自身核心能力建设，同时又可以充分利用外部优秀资源，实现与自身资源的优化整合，为企业创造出持续的竞争优势与发展能力。不过，当企业将业务外包之后，随着市场环境的变化，企业也面临着各种各样的风险，如果企业不能有效的甄别与防范这些风险, 那么企业可能面很大的损失。本文以业务外包风险问题为研究对象，主要内容如下：首先，本文在综述国内外企业业务外包风险研究现状的基础上，对业务外包进行了基本概述，包括业务外包概念界定、业务外包分类、业务外包国内外市场发展状况等。其次，本文深入系统地分析了业务外包的理论基础。业务外包有着深刻的经济学、管理学等理论基础，具体包括核心能力理论、交易成本理论、委托代理理论等。之后，本文在识别业务外包风险事件与分析业务外包风险的道德风险根源的基础上，利用进一步量化拓展的风险矩阵方法评估业务外包风险，进而为业务外包风险的控制提供相应依据。本文基于交易成本理论与委托代理理论，将业务外包风险事件总结为：企业竞争力丧失的风险；外包服务质量下降的风险；契约修订的风险；潜藏的过渡、管理与服务成本的风险；争议与沟通不畅的风险；外包商锁定的风险等。第三，针对业务外包风险事件，提出有关控制策略。最后，针对安徽天一重工股份有限公司的物流外包进行了案例分析。本文从核心能力与成本收益视角深入分析了该公司实行物流外包的原因，并利用本文改进的风险矩阵方法对该公司物流外包风险进行了量化评估，同时为该公司提出物流外包风险控制的有关策略，包括重视物流外包商的选择、签订严密的物流外包合同、使用物流管理专业人才、建立信息共享机制、完善物流外包监督与激励机制、实现物流外包双方的企业文化融合等。
英文摘要：	Outsourcing began in 1920s, and developed rapidly after the end of 1980s. In addition, the rapid development of outsourcing was attributed to the theory of “core competence” to some degree. In the fierce market competition environment, enterprises are aware that internal resources limitation causes restriction to their developments. Through outsourcing strategy enterprises can concentrate their resources to build core competences, and can make full use of external excellent resources. However, along with the change of market environment, outsourcing strategy has more and more risks. If enterprises can not identify and guard against the risks, they will not benefit from outsourcing, and may face big losses. The research object of the dissertation is outsourcing risk, the may content and its structure as follows. Firstly, on the basis of researching literature review of outsourcing risks, the dissertation puts forward the concept definition, outsourcing classification and development situation of outsourcing. Secondly, the dissertation analyzes deeply theoretical basis of outsourcing, which are core competence theory, transaction cost theory, entrust-agency theory. And then, the dissertation analyzes the risk events and the moral risk which is the root of outsourcing risks, and uses risk matrix method to assess the outsourcing risks. Due to transaction cost theory and entrust-agency theory, the dissertation puts forwards the outsourcing risk events: the loss of enterprise competitive power, the decrease of outsourcing service quality, contract amending, hidden cost, controversy and communication, contractors locking. Thirdly, the dissertation puts forward control strategies according to the outsourcing risk events, and researches early warning mechanism for outsourcing risk control. Finally, the dissertation finishes a case analysis of logistics outsourcing, the enterprise is Anhui Tianyi Zhonggong Co. LTD. Specifically speaking, the dissertation analyzes the reasons of logistics outsourcing, evaluates the risk of logistics outsourcing, and puts forwards the strategies for controlling the risk of logistics outsourcing for the enterprise.
