中文摘要:瓶装燃气原本是指瓶装液化石油气,随着行业和技术的进步,瓶装燃气逐渐扩展到瓶装液化气、瓶装二甲醚、瓶装液化气与二甲醚混合气、瓶装天燃气等多个品种。瓶装燃气市场结束了单一品种一统天下的局面,市场竞争也更加激烈。研究企业如何在激烈竞争的瓶装燃气市场中获得优势,取得胜利,有着非常现实和重要的意义。论文在结合本人所在公司成功经营的基础上,参考相关资料,采用个案研究法和经验总结法,翻阅了大量的行业文献资料,通过拜访公司各级管理者,实地调查研究,收集来自于企业的真实信息,分析和总结了瓶装燃气公司经营的成功关键因素。本文首先总结了瓶装燃气公司发展所面临的诸多挑战,然后分析了瓶装燃气市场所面临的机遇。在此基础上,论文对瓶装燃气商业模式进行了分析研究,重新确立了公司燃气专家的市场定位,优化了公司经营流程,开展流程再造。随后提炼出了低价竞争,规模经济,差异化经营等成功经营的盈利模式。分析总结了瓶装燃气公司成功经营的商业模式:打造核心竞争力、样板市场等。最后,论文在研究分析的基础上,获取了瓶装燃气经营的成功关键因素:基于产品研发开发、行业技术领先、参与行业标准制定、先进设备技术引进的技术革新因素;基于物流外包、规模采购、连锁经营的成本领先因素;基于品牌整合营销策略的品牌再造因素;基于建立统一呼叫中心、提高客户让渡价值最大化、提供二十四小时贴心无间断售后服务的客户服务因素;基于自身资本创造、金融支持、战略合作、资本投资支持的资本整合因素。 
英文摘要:The bottled fuel gas originally refers to the bottled liquified petroleum gas, along with the profession and the technical progress, the bottled fuel gas expands gradually to varieties of the bottled liquid gas, the bottled dimethyl ether ether, the bottled liquid gas and the dimethyl ether mixture air, bottled liquefied natural gas and so on. The bottled fuel gas market has concluded the aspect which the sole variety monopolizes, the market competition has been also more intense. Study how to gain an advantage and victories in the fierce competition of the bottled gas market, has a very real and important significance. The paper presented at the combined in my company's success on the basis of the reference information, using a case study and experience, and through a wide range of industry through literature, visited the company managers at all levels, on-the-spot investigation research, collected from the enterprise real information, analysis and summed up the critical success factors of the bottled gas company. The paper first summarized many challenges which the bottled fuel gas corporate growth faces, then has analyzed the opportunity which the bottled fuel gas market faces. On this basis, the paper has conducted the analysis research to the bottled fuel gas business model, optimized the company’s business processes and processed reinvention. The company subsequently refined the successful profit model of a low-price competition, economies of scale, difference management. Analyzed and summarized the business model of a bottled gas company to operate successfully: making core competitive power, the model market.
