中文摘要:近年来,金融业的经营环境正在发生迅速而显著的变化,国内银行业面临重重挑战,市场竞争加剧,商业银行向集约化、综合化及非息差化经营转型日益紧迫,战略转型问题成为各方关注的焦点,浦发银行目前也同样正面临着如何加快战略转型的问题。本文旨在通过对浦发银行的深入调研,结合企业以及商业银行战略转型的相关理论研究,探究浦发银行战略转型的路径和策略。论文首先介绍了本文试图解释的问题、研究方法、研究的目的和意义,并主要回顾了国内外专家学者对企业战略规划、企业战略转型以及商业银行战略转型等相关理论的研究,然后分析了浦发银行战略转型的现实背景,转型的内外部动因和必要性,指出了2011年之前浦发银行战略转型中存在的问题并分析了其中的原因,提出今后转型的策略,即以客户为中心,夯实可持续发展的基础;以客户需求为导向,形成具有竞争力的产品体系;以卓越营运为支撑,提升经营效率;强化人力资源管理,提升战略执行能力;构建合理的指标体系,建立差异化的考核机制,这是顺应了银行业发展的方向,将极大地改善浦发银行的资产负债结构、客户结构和盈利结构,提升核心竞争力。论文最后进行了总结,为浦发银行下一步战略转型指明了方向。未来3-5年将是浦发银行战略转型的关键时期,其经营管理模式、市场竞争战略能否及时调整、跟进并落实到位,以应对经济结构调整中出现的新情况、新问题和新风险,将成为战略转型是否成功的重要标志。 
英文摘要:In recent years, local commercial banks faces many challenges. Market competition exacerbated. It is increasingly urgent for commercial banks to transfer to intensive, comprehensive and non-interest margin management. Strategic transformation has become the focus of attention. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank also faces the problem of strategic transformation. This thesis is aimed to explore the path and strategies of the strategic transformation of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank through in-depth research on the bank and combination of enterprises as well as the strategic transformation of the commercial banks theoretical study. Firstly, this article attempted to explain the problem, research methods, the purpose and significance of the study,and reviewed the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on corporate strategic planning, corporate strategic transformation as well as commercial bank strategic transformation theory. And then it analyzed a realistic background for the strategic transformation of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the transformation of internal and external motivation and necessity. Finally it pointed out and analysed the problems in the strategic transformation of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank before 2011, and put forward the future transition strategy, which is customer-centric,reinforce the sustainable development of the basis; Customer-oriented, forming the system of competitive products;Supporting to operational excellence, and improving operation efficiency;Strengthening human resources management, and improving strategy execution;Constructing a reasonable index system, and establishing differentiated assessment mechanism. This is conforming to the direction of banking industry development, and will greatly improve the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's balance sheet structure, customer and profit structure, and enhance the core competitiveness. Finally the summary pointed out the direction for the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's next strategic transformation. The following three to five years will be critical to the strategic transformation to the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. Whether its operational and management mode and market competition strategy and then be implemented into practice, so as to respond to the new situations, new problems and new risks in economic restructuring, will be a significant indicator to the success of the strategic transformation.
