中文摘要：	模块化施工在发达国家中应用比较普遍,也是近年来国内外各行各业普遍关注的新研究课题。工程建设行业劳动力溃乏,人力、材料、机械成本昂贵。国际上通用做法是实施最大预组装模块化和现场作业的工厂化,将现场施工的高昂成本转移到劳动力输出国来解决;将现场大量安装工作前移到预组装中,降低施工现场安全风险系数。本文致力于用科学的理念和方法论述模块化的总体思路,对上海森松压力容器有限公司（以下简称“上海森松”）在全球化市场中开发的生产装置的工程模块化，以及模块化制造管理进行了研究和分析。通过对大量数据的分析，在理论和实际层面对工程施工和制造管理进行了反思和总结。本文在结构上分为六章，分别对“工程模块化概述”、“公司情况综述”、“以客户和制造商的视角看模块化施工”、“施工中的解决方案”、“组织机构和设计、制造问题变化的探讨”、“工程模块化的应用前景”等进行了详细的解读和分析。通过以上六章内容，分析国内外工程模块化发展的状况以及我国工程施工行业的应用现况，上海森松所处的国际和国内环境。从理论联系实际的剖析了上海森松的战略选择和定位。第三章是从客户和制造商的视角探讨工程模块化制造的动因和需求，如何满足客户和市场需求的工程模块化制造。然后从工程模块化制造的特点讨论并行施工管理、低成本解决方案。从组织机构和流程调整、以及设计、制造问题的变化探讨如何更好的适应工程模块化的需要。最后展望模块化工程的应用前景。
英文摘要：	Project Modularization, which is widely applied in developed countries, has become a new subject of universal concern in all walks of life at home and abroad. The engineering project industry has the problems of labor shortage and expensive material & machinery costs. Common international practices are to apply maximum assembling modularization and field work factory, i.e. to transfer mass installation work to preassembly so as to pass the high cost of site operation to labor exporting countries and lower the on-site safety risk as well. Morimastu Group (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Morimastu”), as a leading company in pressure vessel manufacturing industry in China, has been dedicating herself to research and analysis of Project Modularization of production equipment and corresponding management methodology. Based upon mass statistics analysis and modern management theories, this paper reviews and summarizes engineering construction and manufacturing management in theory and practical level. This thesis consists of six chapters, i.e. “General of Project Modularization”, “Summary of Company Condition”, “Project Modularization from Customer’s Perspective and Manufacturer’s Perspective”, “Total Solution for Project Modularization”, “Organization Chart and Review on Design and Manufacturing Modification”, and “Future of Project Modularization”. Detailed analysis and demonstration are given with focus on Shanghai Morimastu. These six chapters introduce the development of Project Modularization both at home and abroad, the actual status of its application in the engineering industry of China, the strategic choice and orientation of Shanghai Morimastu and the domestic and international background as well. The third section discusses the orientation and demand of project modularization from the perspectives both customers and manufacturers as how to meet their own demand and meet the market demand as well. These two sections also study the approaches and low cost solutions of Concurrent Construction Management, the adjustment of organization and work flow, and modification to design and manufacturing so as to adapt to the demand of Project Modularization. The future of the project modularization is demonstrated in the paper as well.
