中文摘要：	作为项目评估不可缺少的重要环节，项目后评价在对一个项目的评价中起到了举足轻重的作用。从项目后评价的理论诞生，到在我国各个行业的应用，项目后评价表现出了顽强的生命力。不过，由于我国的经济发展情况，加上后评价的应用很大程度上还是停留在一些政府公共项目中，因此，关于后评价方面的具体应用文章就显得比较稀少。本文以上海BSC化工企业的苯加氢改造项目为背景，介绍了后评价的一些通用理论和方法。并希望将这些通用的理论和方法应用到具体的苯加氢改造项目中，使得项目后评价可以很好的帮助企业进行项目的评估活动。本文在相关理论综述的基础上，以项目后评价相关理论为依据，首先对BSC公司苯加氢改造项目的独特性进行分析，然后结合BSC公司的地域特点、行业特点和企业特点，构建了苯加氢改造项目后评价指标体系，并对苯加氢改造项目的后评价方法进行研究。本文在具体研究过程中，强调了结合实际、基于特性分析的重要性，构建了有实际应用价值的完善的后评价指标体系，完善了项目评估流程，并对相关行业相关项目的后评价提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	As an important and indispensable link of project evaluation, project evaluation in the evaluation of a project play a very important role in weight lifting. From the birth of the theory of project evaluation to evaluation of the application in various industries in China, the project showed a great vitality. However, the application largely due to China's economic development, coupling with evaluation or remain in the government public project, therefore, the specific application of the article after the evaluation becomes more scarce. In this thesis, a chemical company in Shanghai benzene hydrogenation reconstruction project background describes the post-evaluation of some general theory and methods. And hope that these general theories and methods applied to the specific benzene hydrogenation reconstruction project, making the project evaluation can be very good to help enterprises in project evaluation activities. In this thesis,based on theories of post-project evaluation, first of all to analyze the uniqueness of the BSC benzene hydrogenation reconstruction project, and then combined with BSC company's geographical features, industry characteristics and business characteristics, and build a benzene hydrogenation reconstruction project post-project evaluation index system, and research on benzene hydrogenation reconstruction project post-project evaluation method. During the specific research process, it emphasizes the importance of basing on the actual analysis and the characteristics , And it builds a practical application of the value of post-evaluation index system, and improves the project evaluation process, and provides a reference to related industries.
