中文摘要: | 随着我国经济实力的迅猛增长,大力发展基础设施建设不仅成为社会发展的必然趋势,而且也是我国经济发展的重要增长极。作为其中非常重要的公路工程的建设近些年更是如火如荼的进行,并且呈现出工程规模大、设计标准高、工艺复杂、经济带动能力突出等特点。这些大型、高等级公路项目的实施,时时刻刻考验着施工组织者项目管理的水平。特别是施工阶段,项目管理的水平高低对该工程的成败起着关键性的作用。随着,项目管理理论在公路工程施工中不断的运用与发展,我们已经形成了一套较成熟的公路项目管理体系与方法,特别在高等级公路工程实施中得到广泛应用,正是运用了这一科学、系统的管理方法,才保证了这么多大型工程的顺利完成,不但赢得了经济效益,也赢得了社会效益。但是我们也看到,在公路工程施工的每个环节中无不伴随着风险,风险的发生有其不确定性。如果我们不能很好的进行风险管理与控制,项目管理的目标很难达成。在这些大型的、工艺复杂的高等级公路工程施工中,风险管理更是显得尤为重要。本文对项目风险理论在津宁高速公路宁河段项目施工中的有效运用进行了分析和研究,共分六章。论文首先分析了选题的背景、意义,详细阐述了公路项目施工风险管理的重要性,阐述了项目管理理论发展的历程与贡献,明确了本文研究的内容、方法和主要技术路线。通过对项目风险管理以及公路项目风险管理相关理论的回顾,结合对津宁高速公路宁河段项目施工管理独特性分析。阐述了津宁高速公路宁河段项目施工中的主要风险来源,如何进行风险识别、风险评估、风险应对和风险监控的步骤与方法。按照项目风险管理的各个步骤,运用系统分析的方法对风险进行了识别,采用期望值法对该项目风险进行了量化与评估,最大限度的把不确定因素进行量化,采取有效的应对与监控措施进行控制。把该项目实施风险管理取得的成果进行了重点的分析与阐述。正是由于该项目有效、灵活的运用了项目风险管理理论、手段与方法,才使其获得了非常大的成功。本文最后给出了研究结论与成果,分析了研究的不足以及提出了有关建议。 | |
英文摘要: | Along with our nation’s high speed economy growth, rapid development of infrastructure construction has been not only the inevitable trend of social development, but also the important growth pole of our economy growth. In recent years, construction of highway engineering, as an important part of infrastructure construction, has been carried out vigorously with the characteristics of large scale, high design standard, complicated technology, strong economy-driving capacity and so on. The construction of these large-scale, high-grade highway is testing the construction organizers’ project management capacity all the time; especially on the construnction stage, the level of project management plays a key role on the success of the project. With the constant application and development of project management theories in the highway construction, we have gained the relatively mature systems and methods of highway project mangement, which have been applied extensively in the high-grade highway construction. It is the application of these scientific and systematic management methods that ensures the accomplishment of so many large-scale projects. Not only economic benefits but also social benefits are gained. However, we can also see that there is risk in every step of higyway construction and the occurences of these risks are uncertain. If we cannot manage and control these risks well, the goals of project management will be very difficult to achieve. Therefore, risk management in these large-scale, technology-complicated, high-grade highway project construction becomes especially important. This thesis researches and analyzes the effective application of project risk theories in the construction of Jin-Ning highway’s ning-he item. It can be divided into six chapters. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background and significance of this topic, elaborates in detail the importance of highway construction risk management as well as the progress and contribution of project management theory development, and then states clearly the research content, methods and main research technologies of this paper. Through the theoretic review of the related project risk management and highway project risk management, we conduct a special analysis of construction management for Jin-Ning highway’s fifth contract item, elaborating its main risk sources, the steps and methods to identify, evaluate, reply and monitor these risks. Following the procedures of project risk management, this paper identifies the risks with system analytical method, quantifies and evaluates them with expectancy method, quantifies the uncertain elements to the greatest extent, and then adopts effective replies and control measures. Then, we make intensive analysis and elaboration of the achievement of this project risk management. It is the effective project, flexible application of the risk management theories, technologies and methods that make this project successful greatly. Finally, this paper presents the research results and conclusions, analyzes the limitations of this research and gives some related suggestions. | |
