中文摘要：	从市场现状看国家大政方针以及艺术品，文化艺术品交易所具有广阔的发展前景。从已成立的许多艺术品交易所的运营模式看，主要采取了股票式艺术品“份额化”交易模式。但是，2011年11月，国务院下发了《关于清理整顿各类交易场所切实防范金融风险的决定》，宣告了股票式艺术品“份额化”交易模式的终结。在这种情况下，重新探索艺术品交易所的科学发展模式，就成为整个艺术品交易行业亟待解决的全局性重大问题。本文依据国内外最新的产权市场理论、艺术品理论和西方经济学、管理学等有关理论，按照从一般到特殊的研究思路，理论研究与实证研究相结合、规范研究与对策研究相结合，按照逐步递进的逻辑顺序，得出研究结论。分析指出，文化艺术品交易所应立足于整个艺术品产业链，通过发挥交易平台效应做整个艺术品产业链的价值整合者与提升者。要实现这种定位，交易所必须考虑选择基于会员代理制为基础的运营模式。会员代理制主要表现在交易所制定交易与服务规则，但却不直接受理交易双方的委托，不直接为进场客户提供各类服务；各类会员是市场交易双方的经纪人，是服务直接提供者，是交易主体和交易平台之间的联系纽带。针对交易所实行整体式产权转让模式，市场流动性将大幅降低的现实，本文创新性提出：拍卖与电子交易相结合的交易模式。
英文摘要：	From the present situation of Artworks market and the state policies, the Culture & Artworks Exchange has broad prospects for development. For the existing artworks exchange, they almost use the mode of stock-style art "share" transaction as their usual operation mode. But In November 2011, the State Council issued “The Decision To Correct All Types Of Trading Venues & Effectively Guard Against Financial Risks”,which was a declaration of the end of this mode. In this case, re-exploring the of scientific development mode of Culture & Artworks Exchange has become the major issue of the global artworks trading industry. According to the latest property market theory, artworks theory, Western Economics, and management theory, this article will draw a conclusion step by step in a logical order and by the way of from the general to the particular, combining theoretic analysis with demonstrative study, combining with standard and empirical study methods and specification combination of research The Culture & Artworks Exchange shall be based on the whole artworks industry chain. To achieve this positioning, the Culture & Artworks Exchange must choose the mode of operation based on the member-agency system. The member-agency system develops trading and service rules for Culture & Art Works Exchange, but they don’t directly accept commissions of both parties about the transaction, so they don’t provide a wide range of service directly for involving customers. The Market Trading Broker is the link between the transactions subject and the trading platform. In order to improve the trading liquidity of the overall transfer of property rights mode in our existing legal framework, this article will put forward innovatively: the mode combination of auction and electronic trading.
