中文摘要：	内蒙古是全国重要的商品粮基地之一，但农业的发展面临着资源和环境的巨大压力，农业生态经济问题越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。如何发挥内蒙古的的资源优势，优化资源配置，提高有机农业的竞争力，是摆在我们面前的重要课题。基于此，笔者查阅了有关有机农业的大量文献、数据和著作，分析了内蒙古有机农业发展的基础及存在的问题，提出该地区发展有机农业的建议和对策。本文在阐述有机农业的国内外发展动态和有机农业的相关理论的基础上，分析了内蒙有机农业的发展现状及产业化优势，从而提出了内蒙有机农业发展的目标和对策。主要从以下五个方面进行了具体研究：第一部分主要论述了有机农业和农业产业化的基本理论,通过对农业产业化内涵的揭示，描述了农业产业化的特征。第二部分，探讨内蒙古有机农业产业化发展的客观必然性。第三部分，探讨了有机农业产业化应遵循的原则及几种组织形式。第四部分，以内蒙古清谷新禾食品集团为例，介绍了内蒙古清谷新禾食品集团产业化发展的实践。第五部分，针对我区进行有机农业产业化的基础及现状，提出进行农业产业化的措施方案。
英文摘要：	Inner Mongolia，as the country’s major grain production bases,also face enormous pressure of agricultural development and economic development.The problem of agriculture development get community-wide concern.It becomes more significant of studying the following problems:how to exploit Inner Mongolia’s resources,optimize resources allocation,and develop organic agriculture.Because of this,I read a lot of literature,data and writings on organic agriculture and try to analyze the basis and existing problems of organic agricultural development in Inner Mongolia,then present some suggestions and measures. The thesis based on a full understanding of the relevant theories of organic agriculture and the development of organic agriculture at home and abroad,then analysis of the development of organic agriculture and the advantagement of industrialization in Inner Mongolia.Finally,the thesis give the targets and countermeasures on Organic Agriculture in Inner Mongolia.There are five aspects in the following: The first part discusses the basis theory of organic agriculture and agricultural industrialization,and describes the characteristics of the agricultural industrialization.The second part discusses the objective necessity of the development of organic agriculture industry in Inner Mongolia.The third part discusses the principles and some organizational forms about the Organic Agricultural Industrialization.The fourth part introduce the practice of industrial development，a Case Study of Inner Mongolia Pure Fresh Farm Organic Food Co.,Ltd.The fifth part provides the measures and the plans for developing agricultural industrialization on the basis of the present situations.
