中文摘要:随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院的生存和发展环境发生了深刻的变化,要求医院要不断改善管理水平,提高医院的竞争力,以应对越来越激烈的医疗市场竞争。医院文化建设是提高医院核心竞争力的有效途径,是医院战略管理的一项重要举措。从现状来看,医院文化形态具有客观性,如果哪个医院说自己的单位没有文化,那是不确切的。医院文化是现今医学界及管理界讨论的一个热点问题,对医院的经营、发展起着至关重要作用。大多数人对医院文化的认识还是停留在表象上,殊不知,医院文化是伴随着医院的生存、发展而客观存在的事物。是现代医院管理的新趋势和新发展,也是现代医院管理理论体系中的一个重要组成部分。现代医院管理将管理的核心、管理的出发点与落脚点归结到对人的管理上,并创造出一种崭新的管理模式和精神。医院文化的实质就是把“人”作为现代医院管理活动的主体,并积极主张大力利用和开发医院的人力资源,通过医院文化建设来达到实现医院建设和发展的目标。本文理论联系实际,在阐述医院文化、竞争力、服务的特点、服务营销和内部营销等相关理论的基础上,分析了中外医院文化管理的差异、加强医院文化建设的意义,结合案例分析提出医院文化建设的理念和策略。医院文化建设首先要明确医院使命、愿景并树立“以病人为中心”的服务理念,注重以人为本的人力资源建设、凝炼医院精神培育共同价值观、健全规范的制度文化提升内在约束力、提高医疗质量保障医疗安全和塑造医院良好的公众形象、重视服务营销与内部营销理论的应用。 
英文摘要:As the structural reform of medical care system going deeper and deeper, the survival and growth environment of hospitals has had profound changes.In order to deal with competition which is growing more and more fiercely in medical care market, hospitals are required to improve their management level and increase their competence.The cultural construction of hospitals is an effective way to improve the core competence and an vital measure of the strategical management of hospital. From the present condition, the hospital culture appearance has the objcctivity. If any hospital says that it own unit has no culture, it is not accurate. Hospital culture is a bit hot problem in the field of the present medical science and management to discuss, which has an important function to business and development of the hospital,The most people have an appearance impression on the hospital culture.However,the hospital culture is the objective and existent thing with the existencc and development of hospital. It is a new trend of modern hospital management and is also an importance part in the system of the modern hospital management theorics. Modern hospital management attributes the core,start point and finishing point of management to the personal management,and creates a new management mode and spirit.The substance of the hospital culture is that the “person”is the corpus of the modern hospital management, and positively advocates using and developing the human resource of the hospital, and attains to realtze hospital construction and development by the construction of hospital culture. Based on the elaboration of the theories of hospital culture, competence, the characteristics of service, marketing of service and intrinsic marketing, this thesis integrate theory with practice, analyzing the difference of the cultural management in domestic and foreign hospitals, the significance of strengthening the construction of cultural construction in hospitals, and introduces the idea and strategy of cultural construction in hospitals by integrating case study. In the cultrual construction in hospital, we first should have a clear mission and envision of hospitals, and then establish the service idea of "patient centered", emphasize the human resource construction which is people-oriented, refine the hospital spirit to develop a common value, use sound and normative rules to strengthen the intrinsic restraints, improve the medical care quality, secure the medical care safety, build a good public image for hospital, emphasize the application of marketing of service and interior marketing theories.
