中文摘要:我国持续多年的GDP高速增长,工业化、城镇化的快速推进和房地产的迅猛发展,使建筑业已经发展成为我国五大支柱产业之一,作为从建筑业中派生出来的建筑装饰行业,近几年保持良好的发展势头,成为快速成长的朝阳产业,在国民经济中占有重要的比重。随着从业者的不断增多,建筑装饰行业已经成为一个充满竞争的行业,在激烈的市场竞争中,装饰企业缺乏良好的成本管控能力,将难以在行业内生存与发展。迈克尔.波特的竞争战略理论提出通过实施成本领先战略和差异化战略能确立竞争优势,成本领先战略就是低成本竞争战略,企业要成功实施这一战略还需要综合内外部环境灵活加以应用。金丰环球装饰工程(天津)有限公司是区域行业龙头企业,面对庞大的建筑装饰市场和众多的竞争对手,具有自身的竞争优势和劣势,也面临巨大的机遇与挑战。如何进行市场定位,选择与自身匹配的竞争战略,以维持长期的竞争优势,实现公司价值最大化,是金丰环球装饰工程(天津)有限公司急需解决的战略问题。本文研究金丰环球装饰工程(天津)有限公司低成本竞争战略,首先,对低成本竞争战略理论观点进行分析研究,阐述和讨论经验曲线理论、波特竞争战略理论的五力分析模型和成本领先战略以及核心竞争力理论等相关理论。其次,对金丰环球装饰工程(天津)有限公司的内外部环境进行分析,深入剖析该公司的现状,运用PEST对宏观环境进行分析,应用五力模型对建筑装饰行业环境进行分析。第三,进行金丰环球公司的SWOT分析,认为金丰环球公司选择低成本竞争战略是现阶段及未来一段时期唯一适合的竞争战略选择,并提出了金丰环球公司选择低成本竞争战略模型构建。第四,提出金丰环球公司低成本竞争战略实施,认为通过针对成本进行项目前期策划、设计降低成本的项目前期成本控制策略;通过集团内部资源整合与市场战略联盟、以设计高端、施工中高端参与市场竞争的低成本市场竞争策略;通过强化人力资源保障,加强信息化管理的低成本竞争战略实施保障等具体的实施策略 
英文摘要:For many years in China's GDP rapid growth, the great development of the industrialization and urbanization, and the rapid development of real estate, construction industry in our country has developed into one of five pillar industries. As an industry which is derived from the construction, the architectural decoration industry keeps good momentum of development in recent years, become a fast growing sunrise industry of the national economy has an important proportion. With the increasing of practitioners, architectural decoration industry has become a competitive industry, in the fierce competition in the market, adornment enterprise a lack of good cost control ability, will be difficult at the survival and development. Michael porter's competition strategy theory through the implementation of the cost leadership strategy and the differentiation strategy can establish competitive advantage, cost leadership strategy is low cost competition strategy, the enterprise to successful implementation of the strategy also need comprehensive internal and external environment flexible applications. Jinfeng universal decoration engineering (Tianjin) Co., LTD. is a regional industry leading enterprises, facing huge building decoration market and many competitors, which has its own competitive advantages and disadvantages, also faces huge challenges and opportunities. How to market positioning; choose suitable matching competition strategy to itself, in order to maintain a long-term competitive advantage and realize the value maximization, is jinfeng universal decoration engineering (Tianjin) Co., LTD in need of solution strategy. This paper studies jinfeng universal decoration engineering (Tianjin) Co., LTD. low cost competition strategy, first of all, on a low cost competition strategy analysis theory, the paper discusses and experience curve theory, potter competition strategy analysis model and the theory of five competitive forces cost-first strategy and core competitiveness theory and related theory.
