| 中文摘要： | 在市场竞争日益激烈的今天，如何在强手如林的同行之中立于不败之地，是每个公司管理人员一直在研究思考的问题，随着全球经济信息化网络化的发展，采购已经被认为是企业的第三利润源，在当前，越来越多的企业已经认识到，采购过程中的控制不足，是导致其经营成本无法得到有效控制，物流供应不能畅通，进而导致利润率难以提升的一个重要的原因。恰当的采购战略能够有效的控制企业的经营成本，保障供应，更是增强其市场竞争力的一个重要的途径。对于一个工程项目而言，采购战略的合理性和科学性在极大的程度上决定了该项目是否能够获得成功。文章首先在分析了研究的意义和背景同时对工程项目采购管理的相关理论进行了介绍，然后引入西门公司战略采购的研究，分析了当前西门公司的采购战略的现状及其存在的问题，然后在此基础上，提出了重新构建西门公司战略采购的基本原则，最后提出了西门公司战略采购的设想。希望通过本文的研究能够规避目前一些企业在其工程项目采购之中存在的常见问题，从而说明战略采购的合理实施对于企业经营管理的重要性，并且提供一个加强企业采购管理的思路。这对帮助企业加强采购管理，提高采购管理水平有着重大的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要： | In current market, the competitive become more and more hard, how to be a strong winner to beat your competitors and keep in an invincible position, is a question which has been studying by management in every company. Alone with the development of global economy network, purchasing is looked as the third profits source of the enterprise Currently, more and more enterprises recognized if the procurement process control is insufficient is the reason which lead to the operating cost can not controlled effectively and the logistics supply not smoothly, then will inference the margins. A proper purchasing strategy not only can well control the management cost of enterprise, safeguarding supply, but also is critical way to enhance the market competition. For a project, to be able to success or not is depends on the rationality of the procurement strategies and scientific. In this thesis, first are introduce the related theory of purchasing management for engineering project, then go deep into to the research of purchasing strategy of SIEMEN company. Analyzes the current situation of the purchasing strategy and the existing problems of SIEMEN company, then brought forward the basic principle of purchasing strategy on reconstruction of the SIEMEN company. Finally puts forward the purchasing strategic plan of SIEMEN company. Through research of this thesis we hope to avoid some common problems exist for purchasing of the enterprise when engineering project implement. To show the rationality of the purchasing strategy management is important for enterprise management. It is very useful proposal to improve the management idea and help enterprises to improve their purchasing management level | |
