| 中文摘要： | 本研究在文献资料和深度访谈的基础上，探讨关于创业动机、创业动机的动态性以及和动机关键影响要素的共生关系。在此基础上构建创业者不同的创业动机与企业可持续发展的关系。文章首先在大量文献研究的基础上，提出关于创业者、创业、创业动机的概念，界定本文研究的范畴。第二个阶段研究影响创业动机的关键要素，以及创业动机的动态发展。创业动机大多不是单一的，多是多种创业动机的交叉影响的结果，经济性动机、社会性动机兼有。创业动机与产业、教育程度、家庭状况、父母职业、性别等也有关系。创业者满足基本经济需求后，创业动机慢慢向社会性价值倾斜，并且超过对经济利益的追求。第三个阶段，主要从企业家精神、企业生命周期、二次创业等角度研究创业动机的动态发展对企业可持续发展的重大意义。基于创业主体的敏锐观察到的商业机会和超高资源整合能力，才是真正成熟的创业动机。成熟的高层次的创业动机能带领企业在成功度过孩童时代后能继续走向成熟。通过企业发展与创业动机动态发展的交互研究，构建企业持续发展与创业动机之间的密切关系。从企业发展的角度分析创业动机的构成以及动态性。本文尝试将创业动机放在动态发展变化的时间维度上，从企业家精神的提升、创业者背景能力的提高、以及创业者可控制的资源能力的扩大来描述创业者心理自身的变化以及它与环境的共生关系：环境变量的发展不一定与动机的发展正相关，也许动机的提升会低于创业者能力与企业发展的水平。结合企业生命周期理论以及影响企业可持续发展要素间的关系，解析创业动机因素的动态发展与企业可持续发展之间的关系：创业动机的动态性与企业的成长正相关，创业动机通过影响创业者（或者创业团队）的能力来影响企业的发展。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Based on plenty of literature study, this thesis discusses about the relationship of the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial motivation dynamics and key factors of the symbiotic. On the basis of literature research, this thesis put forward about the definitions of entrepreneur, the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial motivation concepts defined. The second stage, the thesis study the influence of entrepreneurial motivation key elements, as well as the dynamic development of entrepreneurial motivation. Most of entrepreneurial motivation is not a single factor, but the results of the influence of the cross, economy, social motive both motivation. Entrepreneurial motivation is a relationship between industry, education level, family status, parents career, gender and so on. The third stage, the thesis studied the great significance between the dynamic development of entrepreneurial motivation for sustainable development of enterprise of great significance. This thesis discusses the key motivation factor that motivating the entrepreneur to start an enterprise from 3 aspects: personal characteristics, environmental resources and business chance. This thesis tries to improve the spirit of the entrepreneur, entrepreneurs background of the ability, and tries to describe the expansion of its own change and psychological entrepreneurs with environment symbiotic relationship. From a promising new enterprise transition for a long life of the growth of large companies, need to the spirit of the entrepreneur transition, the depth of entrepreneurial motivation dynamic development.
