| 中文摘要: | 人类经济进入新经济时代和专业化、细致化社会化分工阶段,作为知识密集型行业的医疗器械注册咨询业逐渐发展起来。 作为医疗器械注册咨询行业的先驱,捷通公司始终在激烈的竞争中保持行业领军者的优势地位。然而,由于医疗器械注册咨询行业所处的行业内外环境变化快,不确定性日益增加;行业经过十几年的发展,中小型企业众多,竞争日益激烈。如何在机遇与威胁并存的环境中,把握住这一战略机遇期,扩大企业的竞争优势,扩大企业规模,更好地为国内外医疗器械生产企业提供标准化的注册咨询服务,就成为企业需要考虑的问题。 文章运用理论分析和实际调查、定性研究和定量研究相结合的研究方法,根据企业实际,以及企业战略管理的PEST、波特五力分析模型、价值链模型等理论,对捷通公司所处的内外部环境和条件进行了深入分析,得出了企业在环境中的优势与劣势。运用SWOT矩阵分析了外部环境对捷通公司所带来的机遇与威胁,运用经营结构分析和价值链分析对捷通公司的内部环境进行了分析。在此基础上,规划了捷通公司的竞争战略,即延伸价值链战略、知识管理战略和质量战略,并给出了具体实施措施,以及企业在战略实施过程中的评价与控制保障。 论文运用了调查研究的方法,以质性研究为主,辅以定量研究的途径进行了研究论述。全文共分为六个部分,第一章是绪论,介绍了研究背景、研究对象、研究意义、研究方法和研究框架。第二章回顾了战略研究的相关理论。第三章对研究对象捷通公司的内外部环境进行了分析。第四章、第五章对研究对象捷通公司的战略选择、战略实施及实施控制进行了分析。第六章陈述了结论与创新,不足与后续研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As the industry pioneer, Jyton Company remains its leader advantage. However, one of the immediate concerns in enterprise research area is how to respond to the increasing uncertainty of external environment along with the process of economic globalization. After almost twenty years high speed development, Jyton Company faces an increasingly social competition in this area. It’s urgent to develop new strategy of enterprises to cope with this situation. This thesis introduces the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, qualitative and quantitative studies of combining research methods. According to the actual business, PEST theory of corporate strategic management, Porter Five Forces Analysis model, and value chain model theory, Jyton Company’s internal and external environment are analyzed, and then conclude the advantages and disadvantages of the company. Introduces the SWOT matrix to analysis the opportunities and the threats arising from the external environment, introduces the operation structure analysis and value chain analysis to analysis Jyton Company’s internal environment. On this basis, achieves Jyton Company’s competitive strategy, they are: value chain extension strategy, knowledge management strategy and quality strategy, as well as the specific implementation measures of the strategy, the process of implementation of the strategy evaluation and control. This thesis uses the method of investigation and research and qualitative research. It was composed of six parts. Chapter 1 is an introduction, it describes the research background, the object of study, research significance, research methodology and research framework. The second chapter reviews the theories of strategic studies. In Chapter 3, Jyton Company’s external and internal environments are analyzed. In Chapter 4 and Chapter 5, Jyton Company strategy, strategic implementation and control are analyzed. Chapter 6 states the conclusions and innovation of the paper, lists the insufficient and the follow-up research direction. | |
