中文摘要: | “十二五”期间,天津市电力公司将加大电网的基础建设。如何保证质量,按期完成项目是摆在每一个变电站工程项目面前的一道难题。判断项目是否成功的一项重要因素是项目能否按期完工,因此工期管理对于项目管理来说是一项特别重要的内容。项目工期计划管理是工期管理的第一步,是做好工期管理的基础。在实际工程中,工期计划管理往往存在着一些问题,很多变电站工程项目到了施工的后期,都是不惜成本的加班加点,发动尽可能的人力、大型机械等一切可利用资源来保证项目按期完工,这已经几乎成为了一个普遍现象。本文采用理论探讨、分析归纳和案例研究相结合的方法,首先对变电站工期管理中的问题进行了深入分析,在阐明变电站工期管理独特性的基础上,指出了影响变电站工期计划管理的主要因素,进而建立了电网建设项目关键链工期计划管理流程。本文按照变电站工程工期计划管理流程,对关键链理论和方法进行了阐述。本文结合天津电力电网建设项目的一个实际变电站工程案例对关键链工期计划管理方法进行了详细阐述。在A变电站工程中确定了关键链,设置该项目的缓冲区,建立起相关的缓冲管理机制。 | |
英文摘要: | In the twelve Five-Year Plan, TEPCO(tianjin electric power company) will continue to expand the grid infrastructure. how to ensure quality,how to complete the project on schedule is a problem placed to each project. Whether a program could be completed on time is one of important technical criteria for a successful program, therefore, the scheduling management is an important step in the program management. By ordinary, the progress of the substation project management is based on critical path management. However, frequent changes in the critical path, enabling project managers to continuously adjust the project plan, plans often change beyond recognition, resulting in scheduling often exceed the time limit, but the special requirements of completion time will also forced the project schedule not to be extended. in the latter part of construction, all that will take overtime, to launch as much as possible the human resources, large-scale machinery and all other available resources to ensure the project on time. The thesis profoundly analyzed the problems in the substation project scheduling management, clarified the characteristics of the program scheduling management, and proposed the major factors influencing the program scheduling management. Then the thesis established the management process of the grid construction program scheduling-plan by thetechnology of CriticalChainProject Management(CCPM). According to the management process of the grid construction program scheduling-plan management, the thesis clarified the theories and methods, the thesis described the theory and method of the program scheduling-plan management in detail, by citing an actual example of a subststion project in Tianjin Electric Power Company.determine the critical chain of electric power project,determine the project's buffer, build related buffer management mechanisms. | |
