| 中文摘要: | 随着时代的飞速发展,如何利用现代化技术提高工作效率,丰富管理手段,探索新的管理模式已经摆在了人们的面前。高校作为培养人才的重要基地之一,也积极采用新的方法来提高自身的业务管理水平。其中高校教务管理应用软件是许多高校着力开发的新型工具,用以辅助自身的业务管理。而软件开发类项目由于自身特点,项目变更的情况时有发生,这其中既有用户本身需求不明确等原因,也有开发方处理经验及技术水平等原因,所以从某种意义上讲,此类项目变更几乎不可避免。本文以BH高校教务管理应用软件开发项目为背景,对BH高校教务管理应用软件的开发过程进行了实际案例分析。对该项目在开发过程中产生变更的原因、过程及结果都做了详细阐述,并且通过实际案例分析得出导致项目变更的原因。通过分析我们不难看出,BH高校教务管理应用软件开发项目变更的原因包含用户本身、开发团队以及外界环境三方面。根据得出的变更原因,需要对变更做好充分准备,首先要尽力争取减少变更出现的可能性,积极进行变更预防,其次在出现变更的情况时要规范、有序地进行变更评估,之后根据预定方案进行变更实施,在变更之后解决好后续问题。总体来看,本文主要分析了BH高校教务管理应用软件项目开发项目变更的原因以及针对项目变更的相关对策。对于项目能够在开始阶段针对变更进行预防,在出现变更时顺利进行变更实施,力争按时完工提供了相关启示,提出了对于此类项目变更进行原因分析,积极预防,有效应对的一系列观点。对于今后其他同类别软件开发项目的开发,特别是针对于高校教务管理应用软件类的开发项目在实践中应对项目变更有着积极的意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the fast development of era, we are faced with how to make use of modern technology to improve work efficiency, enrich management ways and probe new management modes. Colleges, as an important base to cultivate talents, are also taking active means to improve their own business management level, among which colleges’ educational administration system is a new device a lot of colleges have striven to develop in order to assist their own business management. Due to their own features of software development projects, changes occur from time to time. There are reasons users are uncertain about in addition to the reasons of developers’ treatment experience and technology level. Therefore, in some sense, these project changes are unavoidable. Taking applied software development project of BH university educational administration as background, this thesis does case studies on the development process of the applied software of BH university educational administration, elaborates the causes, process and results occurred in the process of development and find out the causes leading to project changes by the actual case studies. Through the analyses, it is not difficult for us to see that the causes of project changes of applied software development of BH university educational administration include three aspects, namely, the users, development team and external environment. Full preparation must be made for project changes in accordance with the causes we obtained. First, strive to rule out the possibility of changes and make proactive efforts to prevent changes. Second, assess changes on a normal and orderly basis when changes happen. Then, carry out changes according to predetermined plan and solve subsequent problems after changes. In general, this thesis mainly analyzes the causes of project changes of applied software of BH university educational administration and puts forward relevant countermeasures aimed at project changes. It also offers relevant enlightenments as to the preventions against changes at the beginning stage, effecting changes when they occur and striving to complete work on time and puts forward causes analyses for this project changes, proactive prevention as well as a series of view points on effective responses. It is of positive significances for other software development projects of the same kind, especially for development projects of university educational administration applied software in the practice of responding project changes | |
