中文摘要：	质量目标是工程项目管理的主要控制目标之一，质量目标也是项目管理费用目标、进度目标得以实现的根本和前提，而火电厂大修项目质量控制是实现大修项目质量目标的关键。本文站在火电厂大修项目施工方的角度，从大修项目质量管理实际问题入手，结合项目质量控制相关理论，研究火电厂大修项目质量控制的科学方法。本文采用理论分析、探讨归纳、调查和案例研究相结合的方法，首先对天津蓝巢电力检修有限公司质量管理中的问题进行了深入分析，在阐明大修项目质量控制特性的基础上，指出了影响火电厂大修项目质量控制的主要因素，进而建立了火电厂大修项目质量控制流程和质量标准。为研究火电厂大修项目质量控制的具体方法，本文首先对火电厂大修项目管理流程、质量控制特点、质量控制流程、质量标准进行了分析阐述。在大修项目质量检测中，引入直方图进行质量异常检测，引入控制图进行工序质量受控性检测；在大修项目质量分析中，利用排列图法和因果分析图法；大修项目质量纠偏坚持全面质量管理的PDCA循环方法，它将大修项目质量纠偏的全部活动比喻成一个不停顿的、周而复始运转的轮子，促进项目质量的不断完善与提高；大修项目质量变更控制，通过变动和调整某些方面因素，包括输入、控制的工具和技术、输出等，使大修项目朝着有利于项目目标实现的方向发展。大修项目质量控制的实施需要依靠合理的质量保证体系、质量监督体系，也需要加强团队建设，并重视沟通管理这一有效工具。本文结合天津蓝巢电力检修有限公司火电厂大修项目实际案例，对火电厂大修项目质量控制方法和保障措施进行了详细阐述。最后得出了论文结论并指出了本论文存在的不足，对后续研究方向提出了建议。
英文摘要：	Quality target is one of the project management targets, as well as the basis and prerequisite for the achievement of cost and progress targets of project management, so quality control of thermal power plant overhaul project is the key factor for realizing quality target. From the view of construction party, this paper is researching the scientific method of quality control of thermal power plant overhaul project, starting from the management practical problem of overhaul project and combining with relevant theories of project quality control. Adopting the method of combining analyzing, discussion, induction, survey with case study, this paper firstly conducts a deep analyzing for the quality management problem of Tianjin Launch Electric Power Maintenance Co, ltd, and points out the main elements influencing quality control of thermal power plant overhaul project on the basis of expounding the characteristics of overhaul project, then establishes the quality control procedure and quality standards of thermal power plant overhaul project. To study the specific methods of quality control for thermal power plant overhaul project, the paper analyze the project managing process, quality control characteristics, quality control process and quality standards at the beginning. During the quality inspection of overhaul project, histogram is introduced for quality abnormal inspection and control chart is introduced for process quality controlled inspection; during the quality analysis of overhaul project, Pareto diagram and Cause & Effect Diagram are used; quality corrections of overhaul project insist PDCA circulating method of whole quality management, which compares all the quality correction activities to a restless wheel operating again and again, improving the project quality ceaselessly; quality change control develops the overhaul project to the correct direction through change or adjust some factors, such as input, control tools and techniques, output etc. The conduction of quality control of overhaul project also depends on reasonable quality assurance system, quality supervision system, team work and effective communications. Combining with the case of Tianjin Launch Electric Power Maintenance Co, ltd, the paper elaborates the quality control methods and protective measures of thermal power plant overhaul project. Finally, the conclusions and shortcomings come at the end of the paper, and suggestions are proposed for future study.
