中文摘要:随着经济的全球化和科学技术的飞速发展,现代物流管理已经成为企业降低成本、创造利润、提高经济效益的新途径。物流成本管理就是通过成本去管理物流,管理的对象是物流而不是成本,物流成本管理可以说是以成本为手段的物流管理方法。 我国物流市场需求和现代物流业都已进入快速增长时期。2002年物流相关总支出达19000亿元,物流成本占GDP的比重约为20%,而欧美、日韩等发达国家,物流成本仅占GDP的10%左右甚至更低。事实上,企业物流成本是除了原材料成本之外最大的成本项目,一般占总成本30%-40%,而有效的物流管理可以节省15%-30%的物流成本,并大大减少库存成本和运输成本。因此,强化物流成本控制已成为物流管理的关键。 本文主要研究在当今市场环境下飞思卡尔企业如何进行有效的物流成本控制以提升企业的综合竞争力。首先,回顾了物流成本控制的相关理论,阐述了企业物流成本的构成及影响因素。其次,对飞思卡尔企业的背景及企业物流成本控制的内涵和动因进行了介绍。最后,本文通过对企业物流运输成本、库存成本以及物流管理成本进行了全面综合的分析和阐述。并结合飞思卡尔企业的实践论述了企业如何在物流成本的效益背反规律下从物流成本的关系着手,寻找解决成本冲突的方法,以使企业在物流活动中通过对物流系统中各要素的关系分析来使物流各要素之间取得平衡,从而控制物流成本,提高物流效益。在运输成本控制方面,论述了运输成本的构成与运输服务水平和运输成本的关系,以及飞思卡尔企业物流部门如何在不影响企业库存成本和生产的前提下成功的改变了运输方式,降低企业物流成本。在库存成本控制方面,论述了库存持有成本、采购成本和缺货成本以及三者的关系,同时论述了飞思卡尔企业如何通过实施供应商管理库存(SMI)以降低企业的库存成本。在物流管理成本控制方面,论述了企业物流管理成本的控制途径以及飞思卡尔企业如何改变公司物流组织架构和加强对物流服务水平的管理实现对物流成本的控制。 
英文摘要:With the economic globalization and development, the modern logistics management has become a new way of reducing costs, creating profit, improving economic efficiency. Logistics cost management is to manage logistics through cost management. The object of management is logistics instead of cost itself. The logistics demand and modern logistics industry in China is now in a rapid development period. The logistics related cost in 2002 is 1,900 billion, account for about 20% of the GDP, however, in developed countries, it is only 10% or even lower. In fact, logistics cost is the biggest cost elements besides material cost, normally it will be 30%-40% of total cost. Effective logistics management can reduce 15%-30% logistics cost through reducing inventory cost and transportation cost. So enhancing logistics cost control is the key for logistics management. This paper is stared from the introduction logistics cost management theory, discuss in details on enterprise logistics cost composition and its influencing factors. At the same time, take successful Freescale logistics cost management as example, study the methods of controlling logistics cost. As for transportation cost, introduces the transportation cost composition and the relationship between service level and logistics cost, and how Freescale reduced transportation cost through utilizing different transportation modes. And then, introduces the concept of inventory holding cost, purchasing cost, shortage cost and their relationships. Introduces how Freescale enterprise implemented Supplier Management Inventory (SMI) to reduce inventory cost. Lastly, introduces the different ways of controlling logistics management cost and how Freescale re-structure Logistics organization and enhance the control of service level to reduce logistics management cost.
