| 中文摘要: | 京津城际高铁是2008年北京奥运会配套工程,连接并承担着北京、天津两个奥运城市之间快速交通的重任。作为2008年北京奥运会移动通信奥运合作伙伴,中国移动天津公司将在奥运期间,以优质的网络服务保障奥运比赛的移动通信需求。在北京奥运会前短短六个月时间内,必需完成京津城际高铁移动通信专网建设项目,作为奥运配套项目的网络保障项目,由于时间紧迫,以及不确定性因素和不可控的因素较多,造成工程如期完工的难度加大。需要引入先进的项目进度管理方法。本论文主要研究在工期紧迫的情况下,京津城际高铁专网建设过程中建设进度控制的方法和措施。京津城际高铁专网建设项目的进度控制为关键问题,论文按照时间管理和进度控制的的基本方法和流程,结合京津城际高铁专网建设项目的特殊性对项目的进度控制的方法和措施进行了深入研究,首先从建设项目进度控制的现状入手对影响项目建设进度的因素进行了分析,后续从因素控制和过程控制的角度对进度控制的方法和措施进行了研究,力求在理论层面深入探索,应用到实际工作中能够有效解决问题。本文研究的问题的过程和来自于作者的亲身工作经历和具体实践,总结了工程建设项目有效的进度控制的方法和手段,对同类型网络建设项目的进度管理具有参考和指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The Beijing-Tianjin inter city high-speed railway is one of the association project of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, it links up Beijing and Tianjin and takes an important role of transportations between these two cities. As one of the partner of Beijing Olympic Games organizing committee, China Mobile Tianjin company will provide high quality networking to support the smoothly communication requirement during this period. The specific communication networking on the Beijing-Tianjin inter city high-speed railway must be setup at least ahead of 6 months before the 2008 Beijing Olympic games open. As one of the supporting sub-project, it is very difficult to be completed on time because of the very limited project timeline and the various un-certain factors and out of control factors. Base on these conditions, an advanced project management methodologies must be introduced. The article is major to talk about the construction schedule control method in the Beijing-Tianjin inter city high railway communication networking setup project, which is under a very aggressive project timeline. In general, the schedule control is the key point of the project. This article follows the basic method and procedure of time management and project control, in the mean while, it combines with the special items in Beijing-Tianjin inter city high-speed railway project to do the deeply research. Firstly, it analyzes the possible project schedule impact factors from the current situation of the contraction; secondly, it investigates the schedule management method and steps from the factor control and procedure control point of view. It strives to do some professional study from methodology level and the conclusion could be applied into the day-to-day routine works, and it can help a little on the problem solving. The problems and procedures that are discussed in the article are from the working experience and real practice of author. It summarizes an effectively project schedule management method and instrument of construction project, and it can be the reference the guidance of the similar kind of projects. | |
