| 中文摘要: | 随着世界经济一体化的不断深入,国际大型跨国制造企业越来越多的将生产基地迁出本国,并在世界各地建厂,从而提高自身的竞争力使企业得到更好的发展,企业全球化的生产方式已经成为当今主流。我国改革开放以来,许多大型的国际制造企业在我国建厂,充分合理利用我国的各种优势资源,以期望在竞争激烈的企业竞争里面得以生存。合理高效的供应链系统成为保证这些跨国企业及时生产出高质量低成本产品从而提高企业竞争力的关键所在。捷尔杰(天津)设备有限公司是以生产大型高空作业设备为主要产品的美国公司,产品特殊,行业竞争激烈。本文主要针对捷尔杰(天津)设备有限公司供应链系统中的原材料采购以及库存量的问题进行分析研究。原材料从供应商处发货的及时性、运送过程中的包装与运输问题、原料入厂后如何建立合理的库存量以及对当前库存量控制的分析。本文根据作者实际工作情况,以及工作中出现的各种实际问题,从原材料订单发送,原材料运输方式,第三方物流选择以及承担的工作内容和责任,公司库存量管理等几个方面分析总结,并结合实际情况找出问题的根本原因,进而根据各个问题的分析结果提出解决问题的方法方案。从生产型企业的工厂内部采购的角度上对如何保证原材料的按时到达,满足生产和控制库存这些问题进行管理研究,并提出解决方法以改善公司在这类问题上可能带来的损失,以及从这些方面的改善来提高公司在同行业间的竞争力。 21世纪是供应链占主导地位的世纪,原材料供应的合理程度在企业特别是竞争激烈的制造企业里面起着至关重要的作用。本文希望通过对捷尔杰天津公司的原材料采购和库存量的管理研究,找出其中存在的问题并提出合理的方法方案解决问题,进而提高捷尔杰天津公司的竞争能力,降低生产成本,提高企业收益,保证产品的及时性和可靠性,提高客户的满意度。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the deepening of economic integration in the world, more and more international large multinational manufacturing companies is going to move their production base out of their own national and establish factories around the world, in order to enhance their competitiveness to enable enterprises to achieve better development. The production of corporate globalization has become popular in the word. With China's reform and opening up, many large international manufacturing companies set up factories in China, fully and rationally utilizing all the advantages of resources of our country, to expect to survive in a highly competitive business competition in the word. Reasonable and efficient supply chain system as to ensure that these multinational companies in a timely manner to produce high quality low-cost products to improve the competitiveness of enterprises as the key. JLG (Tian Jin) Equipment Co., Ltd. is the main access equipment company of the United States, special products, intense competition insp the area. In this thesis, we are going to analysis the procurement and inventory controlling of JLG (Tian Jin) Equipment Co., Ltd.. On time delivery of raw materials from suppliers; to pack with suitable package and transport by reasonable way, ensure raw materials received by plant on time to meet the factory demand, and control inventory at a reasonable level. Of all the content in this thesis, it comes from the author’s actual working experience in JLG (Tian Jin) Equipment Co., Ltd,. purchase order release, mode of transportation, third-party logistics and inventory management will be analysis in the thesis, base on actual situation to identify the root cause of the problem and proposed solution to these problem to improve current situation. To improve the procurement process, ensure raw material to be arrived on time and full fill with production demand, keep the inventory at a reasonable level in order to improve the competitiveness of companies in the same inter-industry. The 21st century is the century of the supply chain, A reasonable degree of raw material supply of competitive manufacturing enterprise which plays a vital role in the enterprise. This article will analysis JLG (Tian Jin) Equipment Co., Ltd., raw materials procurement process and inventory management, to identify the existing problems and propose reasonable solutions to solve the problem, thus improving the competitiveness of JLG (Tian Jin) Equipment Co., Ltd., reduce production costs, improve corporate earnings, to ensure the timeliness and reliability of products, improve customer satisfaction. | |
