中文摘要：	我国职业型专业学位教育自1991年发展以来, 逐步为在职人员设立了各种专业硕士学位，工程硕士即为其中一种。工程硕士教育作为专业学位教育中非常受人关注的一种，是我国专业学位教育和硕士教育的重要组成部分。但随着我国工程硕士教育项目的快速发展，项目运行中的问题也随之逐渐显现。目前我国各高校在工程硕士教育培养中面临着内外部环境上的诸多问题，影响了教育的质量和目标的实现。如何通过有效地工程硕士教育改革项目的推动与实施来应对教育培养实践中所出现的各种问题，是项目管理者的当务之急。本文在总结基本理论的基础上，将研究重点放在工程硕士教育改革项目上。首先对我国工程硕士教育项目的特点和现状加以介绍分析，归纳总结出目前我国工程硕士教育项目面临的主要问题；然后对国内外工程硕士教育项目的教育特色进行对比，提炼总结出国外工程硕士教育项目发展中有利于我国工程硕士教育项目发展，对我国工程硕士教育改革项目具有吸收借鉴意义的方法经验；最后以南开大学项目管理工程硕士（MPM）研究中心为具体案例进行研究分析。本文运用文献研究法、比较研究法和案例研究的方法，通过对国内外工程硕士教育项目进行了系统的对比分析研究和对南开大学项目管理工程硕士（MPM）研究中心在多年的教育教学中累积的实践经验以及其他各高校在工程硕士教育方面的办学经验的总结提炼，尝试对我国工程硕士教育改革项目提出一些意见和建议，希望对我国工程硕士教育改革项目的推动和实施做出贡献。由于本文篇幅有限，对于我国工程硕士教育项目的研究，无论从研究深度还是从研究方法上还有待进一步深入。可以预见，随着中国工程硕士教育项目的不断发展，如何通过对项目进行有效地改革完善，以引动项目发展中遇到的各类问题阻碍，是一个重要并具战略意义的研究课题。
英文摘要：	The career-oriented professional degree education since the 1991 development, and gradually set up for serving staff a variety of professional master's degree, Master of Engineering is one of them. Of concern in a Master of Engineering Education as a professional degree in education is an important component of China's Degree in education and master's education. But with the rapid development of the Master of Engineering Education Project in the operation of the project also will appear gradually. China's colleges and universities in the Master of Engineering Education is facing many problems in the internal and external environment affects the quality of education and achievement of objectives. How to deal with the promotion and implementation of effective Master of Engineering Education Reform Project education problems arising in practice, is the top priority of the project managers. On the basis of summing up the basic theory, the study focused on the Master of Engineering Education Reform Project. First to introduce and analyze the characteristics and status of the Master of Engineering Education Project, summarized the main problem facing China Master of Engineering Education Project; then compared the characteristics of education at home and abroad Master of Engineering Education Project, refining, summed up the foreign Master of Engineering Education project development of Master of Engineering Education Project Development has the experience of absorbing the significance of Master of Engineering Education Reform Project; Finally, the Nankai Engineering Master of Project Management (MPM) Research Center for the specific case study analysis. In this thesis, literature, comparative study of law and the case study approach, the research center at home and abroad Master of Engineering Education Project carried out a systematic comparative analysis of research and Nankai University, Project Management Master of Engineering (MPM) accumulated in years of education and teaching summarizes the practical experience as well as other colleges and universities in the Master of Engineering education experience in education to try to make some comments and recommendations of Master of Engineering Education Reform Project, I hope to contribute to the promotion and implementation of the Master of Engineering Education Reform Project. Since this space is limited, the Master of Engineering Education Project, in terms of the depth of research or research methods remains to be further in-depth. It can be foreseen that with the continuous development of the Master of Engineering Education Project, how the project effectively reform and improvement, to motivate the various problems encountered in project development hindered, is an important and strategic significance of research topics.
