| 中文摘要： | 集装箱运输作为现代化的运输方式已经发展到世界各地，并为世界贸易的发展做出了巨大贡献。与此同时，航运界作为典型的周期行业，在经历蓬勃发展的同时，也将面临航运冬天的到来。在全球经济发展变缓的背景下，如何降低成本是所有船公司必须面对的课题，其中集装箱空箱调运问题成为关注的焦点。如何降低操作成本和高效率的解决空箱调运过程中存在的问题逐步被船公司所重视。只有行之有效的缓解、解决空箱调运问题，才能从根本上降低航运企业的运输成本，这个问题也已经成为学术界和企业界重视并研究的重点。同时，集装箱租赁中所产生的成本又是在空箱调运中占有很高比例，所以租箱决策又影响着航运企业空箱调运决策的合理与否。 本文介绍了海运集装箱空箱调运的产生的原因，空箱调运的成本分析、以及目前航运界对此问题的一些可行性方法。列举了大型航运公司的实际运作业经验系统的进行空箱调运成本控制分析。从建立国际集装箱枢纽港，船公司、租箱公司及制造厂商之间的联盟合作等策略研究，提出了改善海运集装箱空箱调运问题的理论方法。总结目前已有的可行性方法，分析和其他调运策略的可行性，为航运企业采取适当的空箱调运策略以及租箱管理决策提出了有效的建议。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Container transportation had developed over the world and it contributed a lot for the world wide trade development. Meanwhile, as the typical seasonal business, carriers also need to prepare for the hard time in slack season although they are enjoying the flourishing peak season now. For the global economy slow development, how to decrease the cost becomes the focus of all the carriers, especially the empty container reposition problem. Carriers put more emphasis on how to decrease the empty container reposition operation cost and how to improve the working efficiency. Effective solution for the empty container reposition will decrease the transportation cost for carriers and they can win more profit. This thesis introduces the coming into being, the features of research. From several angles, including setting international hub, harmonizing liners, leasing company and producing company’s cooperation and alliance, several ways are put forward to improve the empty reposition. Finally, based on the own situation, some suggestions about leasing have been put forward to the liners companies. In this thesis, much emphasis is putting on practical suggestions for shipping companies to use proper reposition strategies accordingly to the reasons for empty containers and some ways used in this field already. | |
