中文摘要：	项目管理是当今应用非常广泛的一门管理科学，其发展和运用得到政府、企业决策层和管理层愈来愈多的关注。营销活动和项目在企业发展过程中，尤其是保险行业的发展中所起的重要作用也是毋庸置疑的。银行保险起源于欧洲，经过近三十年的发展在国外已经形成较为成熟的模式。随着私人银行在中国市场的兴起，中国银行保险业的合作模式业绩将使私人银行保险项目作为新的业务增长契机成为兵家必争之地。高价值的稀缺客户资源加上行之有效的营销项目运作方式，才能使中国的银行保险业迈向更高的层次，从而带来更为可观的业务内涵价值。本文尝试性地将项目管理与营销管理理论融合在一起，提出将传统运用于软件开发行业的敏捷项目管理方法建立私人银行保险项目的构想，用敏捷项目管理、市场营销、风险管理、人力资源管理等相关理论，进行敏捷项目管理方法用于私人银行保险项目建设的独特性分析。在分析现有营销理论与业务流程弊端的基础上，探讨新型私人银行项目的流程以及服务模式分析，提出按照基于SCRUM的敏捷项目管理方法在私人银行保险项目中的演绎应用思路。结合保险行业的风险管理目标，本文进一步论证了运用敏捷项目管理方法解决私人银行保险项目中的风险管理和人力资源管理的问题。在文章后半部分，结合恒安标准人寿的具体案例和风险控制原则，分析印证了本文提出的敏捷项目管理方法在私人银行保险业务实践中的可行性和有效性分析，并对文章研究过程中存在的尚未能解决的问题进行总结，提出进一步研究的方向和目标。
英文摘要：	On nowadays, project management is a management science of wide range and its development and application have gained more and more attention from the government, business decision-making and management team. The importance of marketing activities and project are beyond doubt in the development of enterprise, especially in the insurance industry. Original from Europe, the Bancassurance has been a comparatively a mature model after development of nearly three decades in abroad. With the development of private banking in the Chinese market, the premium generated from private banking insurance project has been regarded as a new business growth opportunity in the strategic battleground. And the Chinese Bancassurance industry will not reach a higher level with substantial embedded value without utilizing the scarcity of high-value customer resources, coupled with effective marketing mode. The paper attempts to syncretize the project management together with marketing management theory, and the agile project management methodology that was traditionally used in the software development industry is attempted to used in establishment of a private bank insurance project. Then the unique analysis of private banking and insurance projects is done with theories of agile project management, marketing, risk management, human resource management. On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of existing marketing theory and business processes, process and service models of a new private banking insurance project is discussed, and the ideas of interpretation in private banking insurance program with SCRUM-based agile project management methodology is raised. Combined with the insurance industry's risk management objectives, this paper demonstrates the use of agile project management methodology to solve the problems of risk management and human resource management in the private bank insurance programs. In the latter part of the article, combined with the specific case of Heng An Standard Life and the principle of risk control, the feasibility and effectiveness of applying of agile project management methodology in the practice of private bank insurance business is analyzed, and the outstanding issued, direction and goals of further research is mentioned as conclusion.
