| 中文摘要: | 伴随着住房公积金制度的发展,我国住房公积金贷款业务也同步进行。近年来不良贷款逐年上升,严重影响了住房公积金贷款的质量。在不良贷款率影响因素中,借款人信用风险是一个主要方面。在城市化进程的速度加快的同时,住房公积金贷款的规模相应加大,在这种情况下,住房公积金借款人信用风险势必会影响到我国的金融稳定,影响到我国国民经济的平稳发展,因此加强住房公积金借款人信用风险的管理就显得非常必要。全文共分六章,按照逻辑关系可以分为三个部分: 第一部分为提出问题部分,即第一章引言,对本文的研究思路、分析框架、研究方法进行了说明。第二部分为分析问题和解决问题部分,是本文的重点和核心,主要包括第二、三、四、五章。第二章,借款人信用风险理论概述。本章首先对借款人信用风险管理的框架进行了描述,阐述了借款人信用风险管理的涵义、目的和原则,然后介绍了借款人信用风险管理的内容,最后说明了借款人信用风险管理的一般程序。第三章,借款人信用风险识别与成因分析。本章对借款人信用风险进行了概述,给出了信用风险及借款人信用风险的概念。分析了借款人信用风险产生的根源。第四章,借款人信用风险管理的基本策略和具体措施。本章首先通过对上世纪80年代美国房地产贷款进行分析,通过国际比较,为中国住房公积金借款人信用风险管理提供借鉴和参考。其次提出了借款人信用风险防范机制,最后提出了防范借款人信用风险的具体措施。第五章,首先描述了X市住房公积金管理机构贷款的现状及存在的问题,列举了该管理中心解决问题所采取的方法,最后提出了解决办法。第三部分即本文第六章结论。本章着重对借款人信用风险的分析与解决进行了归纳与总结。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the housing accumulation fund system development, our country housing accumulation fund loan business synchronization is also carrying on. in recent years non-performing loans has seriously affected the quality of housing accumulation Fund loans. In influence factor of the non-performing loan rate, the borrower credit risk is a principal aspect. While the urbanization process accelerates , the size of the housing accumulation fund loans increases accordingly. In this case, the borrowers credit risk of housing accumulation fund is bound to affect the financial stability of our country, thus it is very necessary to enhance the credit risk management of borrowers of housing accumulation fund . The full text is divided into six chapters, in accordance with the logical relations the text can be divided into three parts: The first part is the question part, namely first chapter of introduction. The part describes the framework for research, analysis, and research methods. The second part is the analysis of issues and problem-solving part. It is the focus of this article including the second, third, fourth and fifth chapter. This chapter describes to the borrower credit risk management frame, and elaborates the borrower credit risk management implication, the goal and the principle. Then the part describes the content of the borrower's credit risk management, and finally shows the borrower's credit risk management program. Chapter III is the borrower's credit risk identification and analysis. This chapter has carried on the outline of the borrower credit risk, and has analyzed the root which the borrower credit risk produces. Fourth chapter is borrower credit risk management basic strategy and specific measures. This chapter analyses the last century 80 's United States real estate loans. Through the international comparison, it provides the model and the reference for credit risk management of the Chinese housing accumulation fund borrower. It raises borrowers ' credit risk prevention mechanism, and finally it puts forward concrete measures against the risk of the borrower's credit. The fifth chapter first describes loan status quo and existing problems of x city housing accumulation Fund management institution, it lists the approaches taken by the administration center to solve the problem. The third part is the article sixth chapter of conclusion. This chapter focuses on the analysis and solution of borrower credit risk summarized. | |
