| 中文摘要: | 进入二十一世纪以来,中国经济高速发展,城市化进程日新月异,一幢幢高楼拔地而起。作为高楼中必备的专用交通工具-电梯近年来获得了空前发展,中国已成为世界第一大电梯市场和制造基地。世界第一大电梯厂商奥的斯公司早于1984 年就正式进驻中国,带来了其先进的管理理念和技术创新成果。其独特且成熟的研发项目管理流程为新产品在中国的业务拓展起到至关重要的作用。但毕竟该流程是奥的斯是基于美国市场和人员特征的实践经验总结,本土市场、技术方面与美国存在着显著差异,这就造成公司不良质量成本仍较为巨大,产品质量有待提升。加之社会发展使人们对电梯的质量和安全也有了更高要求。为有效降低公司质量成本、更好地满足客户质量需求,中国奥的斯电梯公司应加强产品质量管理,特别是新产品研发项目阶段就做好质量管理工作,做好质量预防。本文首先介绍国内电梯行业发展现状和问题,结合当前环境说明奥的斯电梯研发项目所面临的市场挑战。接着通过文献研究论述研发项目管理和质量管理概念和及核心理论,并介绍当前国内外对研发项目质量管理的研究成果和现状,总结研发项目质量的关键要素;然后基于项目质量管理理论,对奥的斯电梯新产品研发项目质量管理进行独特性分析,研究中国奥的斯电梯研发项目质量管理的问题和成因。针对如何做好研发项目质量策划进行深入分析,并提出研发项目质量方针、质量目标和质量计划三方面问题的有效解决方法,即通过采用QFD、FMEA、DOE、可靠性计划及MSA 这些质量工具做好新产品质量策划工作,避免了产品的后续质量问题,提高了研发产品的可靠性。针对新产品研发项目质量保证进行深入分析,结合本土特征提出质量保证体系、质量审核及质量组织保障模式三方面的改进方案。最后提出研发项目质量管理流程改进模型 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, economics and urbanization process of China develops rapidly, blocks of tall buildings are built up continually. As necessary transport of high-building, lift recently have an unprecedented development. China has become the world's largest elevator market and manufacturing base too. As early as 1984 OTIS, the world's largest elevator manufacturer, entered in China via joint venture with its advanced management concepts and technological innovation. Otis business in china got great success with its unique and mature R&D project management process. However the process based on the U.S. market and personnel characteristics is not perfectly suitable for china due to significant differences in market and human resource with the United States, which resulted in the COPQ of product made in OTIS china is still relatively big. Combined with higher expectation for quality of the elevator with social development the product quality need to be improved effectively to reduce the company's quality costs and meet customer quality requirements better. Particularly the quality management of new product research and development project should be enhanced to prevent quality problem. The thesis firstly introduces the domestic development status of elevator industry and problems with the current environment of market challenges which Otis faced. Via studying literature, discusses concepts and core theories both of R & D project management and quality management, and also describes key elements of the current research results as well as the key points of R & D project quality management. Secondly analyze uniquely the quality problem of R & D projects of Otis china based quality management theory. further analyze how to improve R & D project quality scheme that make an effective solution to put forward the quality policy, the quality objectives and quality plans of R & D projects with QFD, FMEA, DOE, reliability program, and MSA quality tools for new product quality management. In order to avoid the follow-up product quality problems, it is important to improve the reliability of new products. In-depth analysis, strengthen quality assurance for new product development projects combined with local characteristics for the three areas of improvement of the quality assurance system, quality audit and quality organization. Finally achieve updated model for R & D project quality management process. | |
