中文摘要:近年来,随着经济发展的不断深化,全球经济一体化的特征越来越明显。回顾当今中国经济的发展,尤其是中国中、小型民营企业的发展,面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。那么,如何能在激烈的市场竞争中能谋求发展,立于不败之地,是当代中国民营企业需要思考的不容小觑的首要课题。企业的正常发展,是离不开严格、规范的企业管理。企业管理支配企业的发展战略,经营目标等,管理的核心是人,主要是解决员工之间,员工与管理人之间的各种关系和矛盾等。企业文化是一个企业的灵魂,也是企业精神和共同价值观等方面的总和,是企业的精神灵魂和管理的重要手段,更是提高企业核心竞争力的主要因素。它对企业成员的思想行为和企业经营管理将产生不可忽视的影响力。建设适合自身发展的企业文化体系,主要是指导员工树立正确的价值观念,产生强大持续的精神动力并与企业管理相结合,制定出企业“竞争与合作“的双赢发展战略,实现企业经济目标和管理宗旨的有效统一。因此,没有优秀的企业文化,再有效的管理方法和经营战略也将难以实现。本论文主要分为六个部分:首先,介绍了选题背景、研究意义、结构框架和研究方法;第二章回顾和梳理了当代企业文化的相关理论;第三章,本文选择中国沿海地区一家生产厨具的F公司民营企业作为研究对象,实际调查研究了F公司现有的经济发展和企业文化现状,主要包括“F公司物质、行为、制度和精神文化建设”;第四章,诊断了导致F公司企业文化劣势的根本原因和影响因素,针对具体问题,拟定出相应的解决措施和运行方案;第五章,配合合理有效的评估体系,检测运行效果,及时反馈,以促进F公司经营管理和企业文化体系建设得到更好的完善;第六章,归纳了本文的结论和有待进一步需要提高的地方,这将对研究未来企业的发展方向,提出展望。本文将企业文化等相关理论与F公司企业管理实践相结合,尝试为 F公司的企业文化建设提供一套较为科学合理,其实可行的操作措施,希望对相关的民营公司企业文化建设提供参考思路。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the features of economic globalization have grown more obvious with the deepening of economic development. China's economy, especially the Chinese private enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In the fierce competition of the market, how to establish them in an invulnerable position, to seek survivals and developments are the first topics to think about for the contemporary Chinese private enterprises. Enterprise development cannot be achieved without effective managements. Enterprise management controls the enterprise development strategies, business objectives and so on. Person is the core of management which mainly resolves the relationships and conflicts between employees and managers. Corporate culture is the sum of enterprise spirits, common values and so on. It is the important means and spirit soul of management which is the main factor of improving the core competitive power of enterprises. The enterprise cultures have important influences on the thoughts and actions of the corporate members, also on the operations and managements of enterprises. The Construction of enterprise culture system for their own developments, mainly guides the employees to establish correct values, and produces a strong spiritual motive force with a combination of enterprise management. It develops the "competition and cooperation" of win-win development strategy of enterprises to achieve the effective harmonization of economic goals and management objectives. Without excellent enterprise culture, even the effective management methods and business strategy will be difficult to be achieved. The thesis is divided into five major chapters: the first chapter describes the topic background, the research significance, the thesis structure and the research method; the second chapter reviews and combs the related theories of contemporary enterprise cultures; in the third chapter, the thesis selects company F which is a private enterprise with production of kitchens in China coastal areas as the research object. It has an actual investigation of the existing of economic development and enterprise culture status of company F, mainly including “the construction of company F’s spirit culture, the enterprise system culture, the behavior culture and material culture; in the fourth chapter, it diagnoses the fundamental causes and effect factors which lead to the enterprise culture disadvantages. For the specific problems, the thesis develops the appropriate solutions and running programs; in the fifth chapter, combining with reasonable effective of assessment system, detecting running effects, timely feedback, it promotes company F’s business management and enterprise culture system construction to be better perfected; in the sixth chapter, it summarizes the conclusions and the aspects needed to be further improved which make prospects of the future research direction. The thesis combines the related enterprise culture theories which the writer has learnt with the enterprise management practices, trying to provide a more scientific rational and practical operational measure, hoping for providing some references of the enterprise culture construction for the private companies with similar enterprise cultures.
