中文摘要:随着知识经济的到来和经济全球化的深入发展,企业面临的竞争环境变得日益复杂和激烈,如何在复杂的竞争环境下制定正确的战略决策并保持竞争优势,是企业面临的重要课题。竞争情报分析(CIA)作为竞争情报研究的核心内容,在企业制定正确的战略决策以获得竞争优势的过程中,发挥了至关重要的作用。为了长远的战略发展目标和保持持久的竞争力,企业需要进行长期的、系统的、全面的竞争情报分析,而在这一过程中,需要系统化的、全面的、专门化的、集成化的知识的参与和支撑。这些“知识”是组织在时间维度上系统化的累积性知识,即知识集成(KI)的成果。但是,如何使知识集成为竞争情报分析更好地提供支撑进而为制定正确的战略决策服务,已有的研究缺乏系统的探讨。因此,探讨竞争情报分析和知识集成之间的内在关联关系以及协同优化机制和策略,从知识集成的角度探讨竞争情报分析的本质规律,具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。基于此,本研究提出了“基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型”的研究课题。本文在对已有文献研究的基础上,通过归纳总结和演绎推理,构建了基于KI的竞争情报分析的理论框架,提出了基于KI的竞争情报分析的理论总体模型和实施策略。本研究包括以下五个部分:第一部分,问题的提出:首先分析了本课题的研究背景,然后对竞争情报分析和知识集成的动因、概念界定、研究视角及特性等几个方面进行了理论回顾,进而提出了本文的研究主题和目标。第二部分,知识集成和竞争情报分析的理论耦合分析和基于知识集成的竞争情报分析的理论体系构建:深入探讨了知识场环境下的竞争情报分析活动机理,并从目标耦合、内容和对象耦合、过程耦合以及内在机理耦合等四个方面分析了知识集成和竞争情报分析的耦合关系。进而从内容框架、层次框架以及要素框架体系等三个方面构建了基于知识集成的竞争情报分析的理论框架体系。第三部分,基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型关键影响因素分析:在理论框架的基础上,进行了问卷设计和数据调查,并利用因子分析对基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型的影响因素进行了分析,提取公因子并归纳出模型的关键影响因素。第四部分,基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型构建和实施策略:构建了“基于KI的竞争情报分析的总体模型”,然后对模型的运行模式和运行特性进行了分析;进而从“技术策略”和“非技术策略”两个方面给出了模型的实施策略和建议,并探讨了“技术策略”和“非技术策略”的融合问题。第五部分,研究结论与展望:阐述了本研究的主要结论、主要贡献,指出了本文的研究局限,并对今后的研究进行了展望。本文的创新之处主要有以下几个方面:第一,提出了“竞争情报分析是以服务于企业战略决策为最终目标的、以知识集成为基础的复杂的知识系统工程”的观点。企业为了自身的长远战略发展目标和保持持久的竞争力,必须进行持续的、系统的、全面的竞争情报分析。而在进行持续的、系统的、全面的竞争情报分析活动过程中,不仅涉及个体、团队、组织、跨组织等多层面的知识集成,而且涉及战略层、战术层、业务层等不同层面的知识集成,同时还涉及主体、客体、环境、能力以及时间等多方面因素的协同优化,从而才能为进行有效的CIA活动提供知识的基础和支撑。企业的竞争情报分析是一个以知识集成为基础的不断适应外部动态环境的复杂变化的动力学系统,它是一个以知识集成为基础和支撑的涉及多方面因素的复杂的知识系统工程,旨在服务于企业战略决策和获得竞争优势。第二,构建了基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型。本文在已有研究的基础上,系统分析了知识集成与竞争情报分析的内在理论耦合关系,揭示了竞争情报分析过程本质上是一个知识集成的过程内在规律。然后,在问卷调查和数据分析的基础上,通过实证研究对“基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型”的关键影响因素进行了分析和归纳,进而构建了“基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型”,并通过基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型的三维运行模式和二维运行模式对模型的内在运行机理进行了分析。第三,给出了基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型实施的技术策略和非技术策略。技术策略是从技术的角度来保障基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型的有效实施,而非技术策略是从团队的学习机制、交流机制、文化环境、制度环境等非技术的角度来保障模型的实施。同时技术策略与非技术策略并不是割裂开来,而是相辅相成、互相促进,并融合发展,共同为基于知识集成的竞争情报分析模型的有效运行服务。 
英文摘要:With the advent of knowledge economy and in-depth development of economic globalization, the competitive environment that enterprises are faced with has become increasingly complex and intense. It is an important issue enterprises are faced with that how to make the right strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage in the complex competitive environment. Competitive intelligence analysis(CIA), as the core content of Competitive Intelligence(CI) research, played a crucial role in the process of making the right strategic decisions for enterprise to obtain competitive advantage. To achieve long-term strategic development goals and maintain long-term competitiveness, enterprises need to take on the long-term, systematic, comprehensive activities for CIA, which need the participation and support of the systematic, comprehensive, specialized and integrated knowledge. These “knowledge” originates from the systematic and cumulative knowledge of organization in the dimension of time, which is the outcome of knowledge integration (KI). However, the existing studies are lacking of systematic discussion and exploration about how to make KI provide better support for CIA to make the right strategic decision-making. Therefore, it is of important theoretical and rich practical significance to explore the role and mechanism of KI in the process of CIA, to probe into the intrinsic relationship and the collaborative optimization mechanisms and tactics between CIA and KI angle, to probe into the nature of law of CIA from the perspective of KI. Therefore, this dissertation proposes the research topic—a “Competitive Intelligence Analysis model based on Knowledge Integration”.Based on the research of the literature review, the summarization and reasoning, this dissertation constructs the theoretical framework of CIA based on KI, and then empirically proposes the overall theoretical CIA model based on KI, finally raises the countermeasures. The dissertation includes five parts: The first part, the putting forward of the problems: it introduces the research background of the topic firstly, and then makes a theoretical review, including the origin, the relevant concepts, the current research perspective and the features of CIA and KI. The second part, the analysis of the theory coupling law of KI and CIA and the construction of the theoretical framework of the CIA model based on KI: the part expounds the mechanism of CIA activities in the knowledge field environment. Afterwards, this part analyzes the coupling law of KI and CIA from the four aspects: the target coupling, the content and object coupling, the process coupling and the inherent mechanism coupling. And then, this part constructs the theoretical framework of the CIA model based on KI includes the content framework, the hierarchical framework and the elements framework system. The third part, the key factors analysis: this part designs a questionnaire on the basis of the theoretical framework and takes on the survey about the questionnaire, and utilizes Factor Analysis to explore the key factors of the CIA model based on KI, and then extracts the “common factors” and summarizes the key factors. The fourth part, the construction of the CIA model based on KI and the implementation strategies: the part discusses and analyzes the operation mode and the operation characteristics of the model. And the part presents the implementation strategies including the technological strategy and the non-technological strategy for the CIA model based on KI, and explores the integration problems of the technological strategy and the non-technological strategy. The five part, the conclusions and prospects of the research: this part expounds the main conclusions, the main contribution of this dissertation, and points out the limitations of this dissertation, and prospects the future research finally. The innovations of this dissertation are mainly the following aspects: Firstly, the dissertation proposes the point of view that CIA is a complex Knowledge Systems Engineering serving the ultimate goal of enterprise strategic decision-making on basis of KI. To realize the own long-term developing goals and maintain long-term competitiveness, enterprises must conduct long-term, systematic, comprehensive activities for CIA. During the process of the sustained, systematic, comprehensive CIA activities involves not only different levels of KI such as the individual, team, organizational, and cross-organizational integration, but also the KI of strategic layer, the KI of tactical layer, the KI of business layer, and CIA also involves some important factors such as the subject, object, environment, capacity, time and etc, and the problem of collaborative optimization to provide the foundation and support for the effective CIA activities. Competitive Intelligence Analysis is a dynamical system which continuously adapts itself to the complex changes in the external dynamic environment in order to make the right strategic decision on basis of KI. And CIA is a complex knowledge system ultimately aimed at the service of enterprise strategic decision-making to help enterprises gain competitive advantages. Secondly, the dissertation builds the Competitive Intelligence Analysis model based on Knowledge Integration. On the basis of the existing research, the dissertation analyses the intrinsic theoretical coupling relationship between KI and CIA, and reveals the inherent laws that the process of CIA is essentially a process of KI. And then on the basis of questionnaire and data analysis, the dissertation empirically summarizes the key factors on the CIA model based on Knowledge Integration, and constructs a “the Competitive Intelligence Analysis model based on Knowledge Integration”, and analyzes the operation mechanism of the CIA model based on KI through the three-dimensional and two-dimensional operation mode. Thirdly, the dissertation puts forward the technological strategy and non-technological strategy of implementation for the CIA model based on KI. The former guarantees the effective implementation of the model from a technological point of view, while the non-technological strategy guarantees the implementation of the model from the non-technological point of view through the team’s learning mechanism, the exchange mechanism, and cultural environment. The technical strategy and non-technical strategy mutually complement and promote each other, and integrates to realize the effective operation of the CIA model based on KI.
