| 中文摘要： | 随着社会的进步和市场环境的不断变化，中国制造业需要适应新形势，及时响应客户需求，快速同步计划。目前现有的管理信息技术已无法满足制造企业在计划制订方面的要求，APS技术的出现弥补了这一空白。高级计划与排产(APS)是二十世纪信息技术与现代管理思想相结合的产物，主要思想是按照各种规则及约束条件对生产订单、生产设备以及人力资源进行可行的，可视的计划。 本论文首先回顾了APS从萌芽到与ERP/SCM结合的过程，总结了APS的主要特点，并对我国企业应用APS的发展前景进行了分析与展望。然后针对某个具体的流程型制造企业的生产计划流程和信息系统进行分析，剖析其存在的问题，并根据与标杆企业的对比研究设计基于APS的企业生产流程改进方案和信息技术解决方案。 本论文的主要目的是希望通过对APS在企业生产计划制订过程中应用方法的研究，结合APS系统的体系架构搭建，对中国流程型制造业生产计划管理中存在的问题提供依据和帮助。 | |
| 英文摘要： | As the social advancement and continuously changing environment of market， Chinese manufacturing needs to adapt to the new conditions and timely meet the requirements of clients. In order to achieve this，they have to rapidly make plans. The current management and information technologies can not reach the requirements of making plans while the appearance of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) technology fills this vacancy. APS technology is the fruit of 21st century information technology and modern management theories. The theme of APS is to make feasible and visual plans for manufacturing orders， producing equipments and human resources according to various regulations and limitations. Firstly，this thesis reviews the process of the beginning of APS to its combination with ERP/SCM. This study makes a conclusion of the main features of APS and then analyzes and looks forwards of the bright future development of the APS application in Chinese enterprises. Secondly， the thesis analyzes the producing process and information system of a certain and specific procedure-type producing enterprise. It pinpoints the unsolved problems and compares with standard enterprises. Finally， this thesis puts forwards the solution of producing procedure advancement information technology which is based on APS. The purpose of this thesis is to provide some planned solutions for the unsolved problems of producing planning management in Chinese procedure-type producing enterprises. And the result is based on the study of APS functions in making application methods of producing plans and the whole system structure of APS. | |
