中文摘要：	随着中国加入WTO，与世界经济的联系愈加的紧密，金融危机和欧债危机，也强烈的影响我国企业的经营，时间步入2012年，世界经济仍然一片迷茫，尚无好转迹象。面对低迷的市场，越来越多的中国企业意识到提高生产现场管理水平，提高自身实力的重要性。本文结合生产现场管理的相关理论，综合应用了现场管理和工业工程相关的技术和方法，通过JLG公司在天津建立新伸缩臂高空作业平台生产线的机会，深入研究分析了美国公司现有的生产流程和布局，通过定性和定量相结合的系统分析，提高生产现场的工作效率。本文系统的论述了JLG公司对伸缩臂高空作业平台生产线实施的持续改善活动，通过持续的流程优化、生产线布局优化、生产线平衡优化，节约了工作现场的面积，消除了大量的浪费和不增值作业，大大缩短了制造周期，使得企业的生产效率提高，竞争力增强。本文参考相关的文献资料，根据生产现场管理过程中普遍存在的问题，创造性的提出了物流费用因子的概念，强调了企业在生产现场管理实施过程中不要生搬硬套，要根据企业的实际情况灵活使用。由于JLG生产伸缩臂高空作业平台是工程机械行业中的特种车辆，所以本文的研究，不仅对本公司的推广实施生产现场管理有重要的现实指导作用，同时对于其他机械制造行业的公司的生产现场管理实施也有指导和借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	With China's accession to the WTO, China gets more close links with the world economy, the financial crisis and debt crisis in Europe, also strongly impact the operations of Chinese companies, when comes to the year 2012, the world economy is still sluggish, no signs of recover. Face to the sluggish market, more and more Chinese companies realize the importance of improve the level of production management on-site, and improve their own strength. This thesis bases on the production management on-site related theory, synthesize use the production management on-sit and IE related techniques and methods, via the opportunity of JLG establish the new assembly line for the Boom aerial work platform in Tianjin, analysis the U.S. workshop working process and layout deeply, synthesize use the qualitative & quantitative analysis, elevate the production efficiency. This thesis give a detail descriptions of the continuous improvement in the JLG boom aerial work platform assembly line, after the continuous process optimization & assembly line layout optimization & assembly line balancing & corporate culture optimization, saving the operation area , waste and the non-valued works were eliminated, sharply shorten the manufacturing cycle time, improve the workshop production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of the company. This thesis reference the relevant literature, base on the common problem in the production management on-site, create the concept of the logistics cost factor, emphasized that when the company implement the production management on-site should not apply it mechanically, but should according the actual situation of the company use it flexibly. As the product boom aerial work platforms is kind of a special vehicles in the construction machinery, so this study ,not only will benefit the JLG company to implement the production management on-site, at the same time will benefit the other construction machinery manufacturing companies.
