| 中文摘要: | 化工工程设计是化学工业中必不可少的重要环节,化工设计项目依然是目前阶段、我国化学工业内大型工程公司的主要业务。这些工程公司所服务的业主对项目质量和进度的要求也是相当的高,尤其是近些年我国的经济发展比较快,对涉及到能源领域的化工项目的投资较大,对项目的进度要求更高了。研究化工设计项目的时间管理对化工项目的时间管理水平的提升具有重要的现实意义。文章用现代项目时间管理的理论和方法,努力结合化工设计项目的实际特点,使之融入到项目管理实践中,对化工设计项目的工作分解、进度计划编制和进度控制进行深入的讨论。网络技术是化工设计项目进度管理的重要技术,网络技术的前提是分析好设计活动之间的逻辑关系,理清各专业的协作关系就是掌握这些逻辑关系,所以理清各专业协作关系是化工设计项目应用好网络技术的基础。通过分析化工装置的特点,指出化工项目的装置的进度计划即是整个项目进度计划的缩影;合理、科学的进度计划是成功控制进度的前提。化工设计项目主要是脑力劳动,工程设计人员是主要的劳动者,文章针对进度影响因素中“人”的因素,指出设计人员的时间管理的重要意义,提出可以借鉴的管理方法。文章通过对化工设计项目主要工作流程的设计和分析,总结符合化工设计项目特点的进度控制程序、进度监控程序、以及进度控制的措施。进而分析化工设计项目时间管理中影响进度的一些因素,提出了相应的控制项目进度的管理对策。通过对SBS项目的实例分析,发现实际项目管理工作中时间管理方面的不足,针对这些不足提出改进的措施和建议,力求积累实践管理的经验。根据化工项目时间管理的特点,利用网络图分析的方法,进一步验证化工设计项目的一系列关键活动大都集中在工期较长的管道和土建专业上。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Chemical industry plays an important part in national economic of our country, while Chemical engineering design is a key link in it. At present, design project is still the main business of large-scale engineering company who undertake the chemical engineering project. Client of those companies put forward high requirements in quality and schedule, especially as the development of our economic accelerating and the energy sources investment increasing in recent years, their requirement of schedule become more and more Strict. Studying time management is necessary under such circumstances, it is not only significance to improve the project management, but also very useful for project practice. Applying Modern time management theory and method which combine character of chemical design project with Practice management activity, this thesis makes an intensive study of work breakdown, work schedule and schedule control. Network scheduling techniques are important for chemical engineering design project schedule management, the premise of applying network technique is analyzing the logical relationship among design activities, and clarify the relationship of professional collaboration is to master these logical relations. Facility schedule is an epitome of whole project, reasonable and scientific schedule is the precondition of success, after analyzing chemical engineering project, it finds the factors which impact the schedule and depict corresponding strategy. The thesis shows the significance of time arrangements of designers who are main laborers in chemical design project, and put forward the management method that can be used for reference. Base on analysis and design of main procedure; find out schedule control procedure, and schedule monitoring procedure as well as progress of control measure. According to the instance analysis of SBS project, we try to find the problem and problem-solving, simultaneously, Sum up general laws of time management and accumulate experience to form a valuable strategy of management.
