| 中文摘要: | 知识管理与知识共享研究在企业方面已经比较成熟,也已有很多学者关注政府知识管理方面的问题,政府部门在组织结构上更为稳定,人员的流动性更低,其拥有的业务知识非常丰富和深入,体现出极高的价值,也就是对政府知识实施有效管理是必要的,但是关于政府知识管理方面的一系列问题,特别是从知识共享的角度出发,从实证研究的角度出发,更加缺少深入全面的论述。 本文以社会资本理论为立足点,以社会资本理论的三个维度为支撑,通过引用外文文献中的变量结构,总结出公务员知识共享影响因素量表以及公务员知识共享水平量表,分为社会关系、信任、互惠主义、身份认同、共同语言、共同愿景、知识共享数量以及知识共享质量八个变量,运用问卷调查法和统计分析方法,研究影响公务员知识共享的因素,通过问卷调查,数据测量,由于互惠主义在效度分析中不显著,所以被删除,身份认同、共同语言和共同愿景合并为一个变量,即部门认同,知识共享数量和知识共享质量合并为一个变量。也就是最终分析社会关系、信任、部门认同和公务员知识共享之间的关系,总结社会资本对公务员知识共享态度影响的几个因素,最后结论显示社会关系、信任和部门认同都对公务员知识共享呈显著正相关,社会关系呈低度关系,可能是因为调查的公务员群体年龄结构偏低,社会关系资源还不够丰富引起的,信任和部门认同都呈中度相关,通过研究更加深入的了解公务员知识共享行为动机。 本文的创新点在于构建社会资本理论对公务员知识共享影响的模型,明确了公务员知识共享的影响因素的影响,此前,学术界少有人从社会资本的角度研究公务员知识共享问题,因此本研究无论从理论建构方面,还是从操作分析层面,都具有前瞻性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Knowledge management and knowledge sharing in the enterprise has been more mature, a lot of scholars are concerned about government knowledge management, government departments in the organizational structure is more stable, lower the mobility of servants,and the knowledge of its is very rich and in-depth, reflecting the high value, that is, the implementation of effective management of government knowledge is necessary, but a series of questions about government knowledge management, especially from the perspective of knowledge sharing , from the perspective of empirical research, the more comprehensive discussion is the lack of depth. In this paper, the theory of social capital as a foothold, the three dimensions of social capital theory supported by reference to a variable structure in the foreign language literature, summed up the civil service knowledge sharing scale of the influencing factors and the civil service the level of knowledge sharing scale is divided social interaction ties, trust, reciprocity, identity, shared language, shared vision, the knowledge-sharing quantity and knowledge-sharing quality into eight variables, the methods of questionnaires and statistical analysis to study the factors that affect the civil service knowledge sharing, through questionnaires, data measurement, reciprocity is not significant in the validity analysis, it is deleted, identity, shared language and shared vision into a variable, that is, the department identity, the knowledge-sharing quantity and knowledge-sharing quality combined into one variable. That is, the final analysis is the relationship between social interaction ties, trust ,the sector identity and civil service knowledge sharing, summed up the social capital on the impact of the civil service knowledge sharing attitude of several factors, the final conclusion of the social interaction ties, trust and departments identity shared knowledge of civil servants was a significant positive correlation, social interaction ties was low relationship, probably because the survey about civil servants are low population age structure, social interaction ties resources are not enough rich . The trust and the department identity that a moderate correlation were tested on more in-depth understanding of the civil service through research share motives. The innovation of this paper is to construct a model of social capital theory of the civil service knowledge sharing, Determine the impact of the civil service knowledge sharing factors. Prior, a few of people from the perspective of social capital study on knowledge sharing, this study in terms of theoretical construction, or from the operating level, are forward-looking. | |
