中文摘要:受益于改革开放,我国老百姓也积累了大量的个人财富,对于财产的保值增值需求越来越迫切,特别是近几年通货膨胀率居高不下,理财的需求日益高涨。伴随着金融改革,我国金融市场空前繁荣,而竞争也日益激烈。如何应对居民的理财需求,同时也为自己在这块新的市场蛋糕中争得更大份额,成为商业银行零售业务竞争的焦点。 近些年,特别是90年代中期以来,国内商业银行纷纷推出个人理财服务,门槛不断降低,产品种类越来越多。然而,繁华的背后,是商业银行个人理财业务监管落后,产品同质化竞争严重,对客户风险提示及信息披露不充分,缺乏了解国际市场交易规则的金融人才,营销宣传不够,网络化和信息系统不发达,同时整个社会的诚信体系不完善等等问题,这些都为我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展蒙上了阴影。 本文通过对比发达国家和地区在个人理财业务方面的经验,分析国内商业银行个人理财业务的市场环境,找到我国商业银行个人理财市场发展的不足之处和内在因素,针对性提出解决方案,并结合当前通货膨胀率较高的特点,简要探讨了商业银行和居民在个人理财应对之策。 本文在研究我国商业银行竞争时,不同于以往将其作为垄断行业的大多数做法,相反,而是把其定义在超强竞争的模式下研究,在研究视角与定调方面有所不同。同时。虽然当前商业银行个人理财业务作为零售银行业的热点,研究这一方面的文章不少,但是针对其盈利模式的研究和目前这种高通胀的经济情况下专项研究并不多,本文也是对这两方面的做了针对性研究,希望能对其他研究者能有一些启发。由于我国经济尚处于高速成长期,而且我国商业银行个人理财业务受监管部门的调控政策影响较大,服务品种和竞争格局可能随时发生变化,对商业银行个人理财业务的研究,也就要与时俱进,持续性和时效性研究非常必要。 
英文摘要:Due to the result of opening up policy, China’s citizen has accumulated large amounts of personal wealth. The demand for maintaining and add value on the property has become urgent, especially under the high inflation period. With the financial reform, China's financial market becoming prosperity, but the competition is fierce. How to meet the people’s assets management demanding and make them get more market share has become the focus of competition in the retail industry. recently, especially in the mid of 90s, domestic commercial banks have launched the personal financial services, as the threshold for this industry are becoming lower, more and more products are appearing. However, behind the prosperity, supervision for commercial bank cannot keep up with the pace of current progress, the problems are product homogenization serious competition, inadequate disclosure and mentioned about the risk, lack of talents for international trading compliance, inadequate publicity, underdeveloped network and information system and the whole social credit system is not perfect and so on, these are serious obstacle our country commercial bank personal financial business development. In this paper, I will compared between the developed countries and regions, in terms of, personal financial management business experience, and analyze the domestic commercial bank personal financing business in the market environment, to find out the internal reason for underdeveloped market, finally, provide the solution according to the feature of high inflation rate. I think there is competition between Chinese commercial banks, unlike most of the Articles of the past Classified it as a monopoly industry, on the contrary, I defined it in the mode of Hyper competition. Now, commercial bank’s personal financial services is the hottest spot, but there are Rarely article research on the profit model and the current economic situation of high inflation as this paper does.As China's economy still is growing fast, personal financial services variety and competitive landscape may change at any time,we should research it continually.
