| 中文摘要: | 中国社会经济目前正处于跨越式发展阶段,中国市场的发展潜力倍受世界各国关注,吸引大批跨国公司投资兴建。一方面,在华外资企业数量猛增,取得了巨大的经济效益和成果;另一方面,在华外资企业的劳动关系暴露出新的情况和特点,在华外资企业的劳动关系存在的各种问题在一定程度上影响了我国和谐社会的建设进程。 本论文旨在对中国外资企业劳动关系现状进行调查研究,选取以秦皇岛市经济技术开发区为调查对象,以外资员工的视角为切入点,在对国内外劳动关系研究的主要观点以及国内学术界相关研究成果梳理和回顾的基础之上,结合中国当前劳动关系的所面临的现实问题和秦市开发区经济发展和产业结构的特点,分析外资企业的劳动关系冲突的主要原因和诱导因素,最后有针对性的提出调查研究结论和改善劳动关系的政策建议。 本论文采用的主要研究方法以定性分析方法为主,同时配合定量分析技术,采用了模型和图表等处理手段,对于调查数据进行了深入的分析,得出秦市开发区现阶段劳动关系冲突的具体表现形式和内在原因,并对改善开发区外资企业劳动关系提出了不同的建议和对策。针对企业提出了建立科学薪酬体制、改善企业管理模式、为提供员工培训机会等方面的建议;同时针对政府和工会提出了政府应加强对于建立和谐劳动关系重要性的认识以及充分发挥工会的积极作用等方面的建议和对策。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Chinese social economy is currently in a leapfrog stages of development. The development potential of the Chinese market is much the concern of the world, attracting a large number of multinational companies invest in the construction.On the one hand, the number of foreign companies in China soared at the same time has made tremendous economic benefits and results.On the other hand, labor relations in the foreign-funded enterprises in China exposed to new situations and characteristics of the various problems of labor relations in the foreign-funded enterprises in China to some extent, affect the process of building of a harmonious society in China. This thesis is to conduct research, select domestic and foreign employees in the Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone for the investigation of labor relations in China.The main points of the survey as the starting point of the perspective of foreign employees, domestic and international labor relations and domestic academic research collate and review the theoretical basis.Practical problems faced by the combination of China's current labor relations and Qin City Development Zone, economic development and industrial structure characteristics. By analyzing the main reason for the foreign-funded enterprises of labor relations conflict and inducing factors, and finally the targeted policy recommendations of the survey findings and improve labor relations. The main research method used in this paper to qualitative analysis, in conjunction with quantitative analysis techniques, the use of models and diagrams, and other processing means.In-depth analysis of survey data obtained Qin Development Zone, the specific forms of labor relations conflict and internal reasons, and further recommendations to improve labor relations and countermeasures.For enterprises to establish a scientific pay structure, improve enterprise management mode, to provide staff training opportunities and other aspects of the proposal.Government should strengthen awareness of the importance of harmonious labor relations, and give full play to the positive role of trade union advice and countermeasures for the government and trade unions. | |
