| 中文摘要: | 随着中国的改革开放,外资引进逐年增加,外资企业在中国经济发展中所占的比重也越来越大。随着外资企业在中国的快速发展,企业所拥有的先进的企业管理思想,以及企业管理系统(ERP)也一起走进了中国。但在外资企业ERP项目的导入过程中,由于中西方的文化差异,企业管理水平,法律环境及政治经济环境等问题,对项目的顺利实施带来了一定的复杂性和不确定性。致使许多企业的ERP导入项目的彻底失败或延期,或功能完全背离预期目标。主要是由于对项目风险因素的认识估计不足,应对方法不得当造成的。 本文在现有研究的基础上,以“外资企业ERP导入项目风险管理研究”为题,以项目管理理论体系为依据,结合GWTJ公司SAP系统导入项目的案例,对外资企业ERP导入项目的风险的识别以及各个阶段所存在的主要得风险因素作了详细的阐述。首先根据外资企业ERP导入项目的特点依照风险因素的性质对外资企业ERP导入项目的风险进行了识别,并根据项目风险的动态特性按项目全生命周期的角度对项目实施的各个阶段的风险进行了识别分析,总结出了外资企业ERP导入项目主要风险因素表,然后对通用的项目风险评价方法作了介绍,并着重介绍了层次分析的评估方法, 建立项目的风险层次分析模型。并根据项目各个阶段的风险特征及有可能造成的影响,提出了参考的风险应对方法。 并结合一些实际应用的管理表格,讲述了项目风险管理的一些实际工具和方法,为外资企业ERP导入项目更好的进行风险管理,保证项目的顺利实施提供了参考,具有一定的理论价值与实践意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | During reforming and opening up of China, Lot of international company start the investment in China. As the international capital introduction increase in China year by year, their advanced management ideology and advanced enterprises resource management system also was bring to China. During the rapid development period. More and more company roll-out their ERP system to China. But not all of the project can be implement successfully. During the system roll-out, due to there are several issues like different company orgnazition between headquarter and Local; different caulture and langlduge; the time difference and the values and the working procedure difference; all those factor make the project very complex and too many indeterminacy factor have impace the project result. Make lot of project delay the go-life , deflect with the original target even some of the project complete failed. The main reason of the failed was the company lack of experienance of ERP project roll-out project, did’t have the realize the risk of ERP roll-out project implementation. In this thesis named risk management research of ERP roll-out project, based on existing research and the some real issue in the company GWTJ SAP system roll-out project . The author analyzes the risk recognization by project risk factor, and then according the whole project life cycle, make the analysis the difference of the project factor in different project stage, and aligns the common method of project risk factor analysis; base on the result of the risk recognization use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method setup the project risk AHP model; do the ERP project roll-out project risk factor assessment, afterward according the different character of each project risk factor of each stage and the possible result of each risk factor defind the reference solution. in order to avoid the project risk happen or try to reduce the impact of the project risk factor. And with some practical application management form, tells the story of some actual project risk management tools and methods for foreign enterprise ERP import project better risk management, guarantee the smooth implementation of the project provides reference, and has a certain theory value and practical significance. | |
