| 中文摘要： | 随着经济全球化和信息经济的发展，企业对信息化技术的依赖也越来越强烈，信息化技术已经成为企业发展的必备条件。企业必须充分应用内、外部资源，提高自身效率以适应不断变化的市场的需要。 业务过程管理就是企业将现有的内部资源进行有效整合，优化企业过程，有效监控企业战略目标的执行，从而确保企业的战略目标能够实现。由于企业产生的数据量越来越巨大，那么企业就需要从海量信息数据中提取出可以支持用户进行决策分析并制定市场策略的信息。这种需求既要求联机服务，又涉及大量用于决策的数据，而传统的数据库系统已无法满足这种需求。数据仓库技术的出现，将操作型环境和分析型环境进行了分离，划清了数据处理的分析型环境与操作型环境之间的界限。 本研究主要是关于基于数据仓库的业务过程智能核心组件的构建，侧重对该系统中业务过程和绩效指标的数据仓库表示及存储结构的分析和设计，同时提出了较为完整的业务过程管理系统的体系结构，对该体系结构进行了层次分解并逐层介绍各个组成部分的功能作用。本研究将数据仓库技术应用于业务过程管理系统，可以帮助企业对已有过程数据进行分析、监测、预测、控制和优化。研究最后给出了某公司的案例分析，对本研究中提出的业务过程挖掘过程进行了验证，对该公司的技术支持部门绩效水平做了合理的评估，分析了问题发生的原因，并给出了具体的建议。 本研究提出的基于数据仓库的业务过程智能核心组件及系统体系结构不但具有研究性还具有应用性，使得数据仓库这一有力的技术工具在企业过程管理方面充分发挥了其决策支持的作用。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Along with development of the global economy and the information economy, more and more enterprise are depending itself on the Information Technology, which has become the most necessary condition for the success of the enterprise. Business Process Management is just what the enterprise need to effectively integrate its current available inner and exterior resources, optimize the business process, effectively supervise the execution of strategic plan , in order to assure that the strategic plan realize. Because of the huge and growing amount of the information and data generated by enterprise that need to find a method or a technology to extract useful and decision-analysis-supportive information to make the marketing strategic plan. However, the emergence of the technology of Data Warehouse separates the operation-type and analysis-type environments, and the technology is able to content the demand of decision support as its combination with the Data Mining technology and the OLAP technology. This research is mainly about the analysis and design of the data warehouse-based BPMS, in which precisely describes the structure and function of business process and performance in data warehouse , and meanwhile, creates a new structure of the entire BPMS based on the data warehouse technology. In this research, data warehouse technology which is used for the build of BPMS could help enterprise users to analysis, monitor, predict, control and optimize the business process. After all, this research works out a case based on A company, and makes some important and proper advice. As mentioned above, after researching on many associated knowledge of the BPMS field, this paper puts forward the structure and function of the data warehouse-based BPMS. And this is not only valuable for research ,but also for application, in this paper, data warehouse technology has performed its brilliance and importance in business process management. | |
