中文摘要:当今社会,科技发展日新月异,全球化竞争高度激烈,要想生存,就必须创新。创新是成为解决一系列问题的关键所在,是推动社会进步的动力,是竞争力优势的来源。不论是国家、组织还是企业,都在积极探索各种方法,提高自身的创新能力,进一步提升自己的核心竞争力以及生存力。 然而,尽管创新的重要性已经得到了广泛的认同,但是创新的产生机理仍未明朗。已有的研究主要从两个方面对创新的机理进行了探索:一是从复杂科学的视角进行考虑,将创新系统视为一个复杂系统,从系统的层面构建数理模型来模拟创新产生的过程。但是由于创新过程内在的复杂和不确定性,这些模型往往无法反映创新产生过程的真实情况;另外一些学者将重心放在混沌边缘,认为在这个阶段,系统的运行效率最高,最有可能产生创新。但目前对混沌边缘的探索仍处在概念阶段,有待进一步研究。 本文在文献回顾的基础上,总结之前的研究,首先构建核模型来尝试解释创新产生的机理,将整个创新过程划分为4个不同阶段,分别为:问题定义阶段、机会定义阶段、解决方案定义阶段以及应用阶段。其中机会定义阶段以及解决方案定义阶段又包括机会/解决方案产生(收敛)以及机会/解决方案选择(发散)两个步骤,并且尝试利用系统动力学分析不同层次上创新产生的内在机理;同时总结了现有创新模式,利用核模型对其进行分析,比较了不同模式在不同创新阶段的不同特点,根据这些特点对企业的创新实践给出合理化的建议。 
英文摘要:In this time of a rapidly changing and a highly competitive world, innovation is a vital source of competitive advantage or even a survival necessity. Innovation is central to the policy debate on how to maintain strong economic growth in an era that is increasingly being defined by the globalization of competition. However, despite the fact that the importance of innovation has been widely recognized, the innovation mechanism remains unclear. Prior research study the mechanism of innovation mainly from two aspects: first, they consider innovation system as a complex system from the perspective of complexity science; try to build a mathematical model to simulate the process of innovation. However, due to the inherent complexity and uncertainty of innovation process, these models often cannot reflect the real situation in the process of innovation; other scholars focus on the edge of chaos; they think the operation efficiency of the system the highest at this stage and is most likely to produce innovation. But at present the exploration of the edge of chaos research is still in the conceptual stage, pending further study. Therefore, on the basis of literature review and the summary of the previous research, this dissertation first construct an innovation core model to explain the mechanism of innovation, divide the innovation process into four different stages, namely: problem definition stage, opportunity definition stage, solution definition stage and application stage. Each opportunity definition stage and solution definition stage conclude a generation phase (convergence) and a select phase (divergence). Try to use system dynamics to analyze the internal mechanism of the different level of innovation. Then the dissertation summarizes the existing innovation modes, use core model to analyze them, comparing the different characteristics of different modes at different innovation stages, give reasonable suggestions to innovation practice in the enterprise based on these characteristics.
