中文摘要: | 随着我国商业银行的不断发展,其面临的竞争也日渐加剧,特别是农村商业银行,农村商业银行由于资金和规模等因素的限制,致使其面临的竞争压力更加巨大,其绩效评价体系更是处于一种混乱的状态之中;而现代商业银行的发展是离不开绩效评价的,绩效评价作为农村商业银行实现战略目标的关键,直接影响着农村商业银行的长远发展。但是目前国内农村商业银行的绩效评价体系还存在许多的不足之处,亟待不断的完善。本论文的研究主要建立在商业银行绩效管理理论和平衡计分卡理论的基础上对H农村商业银行的绩效评价体系进行分析研究。一个科学合理的绩效评价体系对于企业业绩的提升、经营管理的改善和可持续发展都有着重大的意义,而平衡计分卡主要从财务、客户、内部流程、学习和发展四个角度去全方位的考虑影响企业经营的各个关键因素,并通过对关键绩效指标的选择和运用来发现并不断改善现有的绩效指标体系,从而达到提升企业经营业绩和改善企业经营管理的作用。本文通过对H农商行现有绩效评价体系中存在的绩效评价与农商行战略目标不匹配、绩效评价方法单一、评价指标设计缺乏科学性、沟通和反馈机制不完善、激励机制不健全等问题所进行的分析,认为H农商行运用平衡计分卡进行绩效评价可以有效的解决上述问题,并针对上述问题选出了不良贷款率、市场占有率、客户满意度等关键绩效指标并对其具体的权重做出了相应的确定,并通过其具体的实施和结果的运用来达到提升H农商行经营业绩和改善经营管理等目的,此外,本文通过对H农商行绩效评价的研究也可以为其他农村商业银行以及中小型商业银行的绩效管理提供借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | With the continuous development of China's commercial banks, commercial banks face intensify competition gradually, especially in the rural commercial banks, rural commercial banks due to the restrictions of the capital and size and other factors, are resulting in greater competitive pressures, rural commercial banks’ performance evaluation system is out of a state of confusion; the development of modern commercial banks is inseparable from the performance evaluation, performance evaluation to achieve the key strategic objectives of the rural commercial banks, have a direct impact on the long-term development of the rural commercial banks. But the current performance evaluation system of the domestic rural commercial banks still have many inadequacies, which is urgently needed to be improved. This thesis is primarily based on the analysis of commercial bank performance management theory and the Balanced Scorecard theory to analysis H Rural Commercial Bank’s Performance Evaluation System. A scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for the enhancement of business performance, management improvement and sustainable development are of great significance, the balanced scorecard from the four perspectives of financial, customer, internal processes, learning and development to have a full range consider of the key factors that affect the business, and through the selection and use of key performance indicators to discover and improve the existing performance measurement system, and thus to improve business performance and improve business management. Through the analysis of existing performance evaluation system for H Rural Commercial bank, and to the problems such as performance evaluation of H Rural commercial bank does not match the strategic objectives, its performance evaluation methods are very single, design of performance evaluation is lack of scientific, communication and feedback mechanisms are inadequate, the paper think that the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation can effectively solve H Rural Commercial bank’s above problems, and based on the above analysis the author elected key performance indicators such as non-performing loan ratio, market share, customer satisfaction and made the appropriate determination of the specific weight, and through the use of its specific implementation and results to enhance the H Rural Commercial bank’s operating results and to improve the operational management, in addition, Through the analysis of H Rural commercial bank’s performance Evaluation, this paper can have a Available reference of performance management for other rural commercial banks and the small and medium-sized commercial banks | |
