| 中文摘要： | 融资在一个企业所占的地位就犹如一个人身体里的血液一样的重要,可以说融资是许多企业所需要考虑的头等大事。赛车场做为一个新兴的行业目前在我国并不多见，融资在其生存及发展的过程中占居了举足轻重的地位。本文旨在通过对赛车行业发展结合S赛车场的实际情况，为S赛车场选择合适的融资方案及合理的融资规划。本论文共分为六章进行阐述。第一章阐述了研究背景及研究意义。并提出研究方法及研究内容。第二章相关文献回顾，展示给我们的是重多融资及项目融资的相关理论。第三章S赛车场的概况及收入特征分析。首先带我们走入赛车运动，让我们对于赛车这个行业有所了解，通过对国内外典型赛车场做以介绍以及对于国内外赛车行业的现况做以了评述。主要介绍了我国赛车行业的发展状况。其次，对于S赛车场的基本情况进行了介绍，同时根据S赛车场现已取得的收入对于未来收入进行了一下预测。并对收入的波动性进行了分析。第四章S赛车场建设期融资规划分析。从赛车场建设期资本结构、融资成本要素、建设期融资风险以及股权投资者进行分析。确定建设期的融资目标，根据收入的预测，提出融资方案并做以选择。第五章S赛车场的营运期融资规划分析，首先对营运期的融资特点、融资风险来源及解决方法以及融资成本进行分析。根据S赛车场营运期的收入预测对营运期融资提出融资方案。第六章做为本章的最后一个章节对全文的进行了总结同时提出了本文的不足之处。 | |
| 英文摘要： | What financing to an enterprise is what blood to the human body. It can be said that almost every company has to take financing into consideration. As an emerging industry, autodrome is rare and financing plays an important role in its survival and development. This thesis aims at choosing appropriate financing package and reasonable financing planning for S circuit by combining the development of the racing industry with the real status of S circuit. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter elaborates the research background and significance as well as the research method and content. The second chapter is literature showing us the related theories of multiple financing and project financing. The saucer operating items will be discussed in the third chapter by leading us to circuit and providing us with a rough understanding of the racing industry. Then the author will introduce some typical circuits both home and abroad. In the end, some comments will be given on the current development of domestic and international racing industry. It mainly represents the development status in domestic racing industry. The same chapter, the author will analyze the overview and income features of S circuit, introduce the basic circumstances of it and predict the future income of S circuit according to its earned income. At the same time, income volatility will also be discussed. The fourth chapter analyzes the financing planning of S circuit during construction period basing on capital structure, financing cost factors, financing risks in construction time and equity investors. Meanwhile, by setting financing objectives and predicting the income to choose and complement the financing package. The financing planning in construction time will be analyzed in chapter fifth. First of all, this chapter will discuss the financing features, risk resources as well as solutions and financing costs during the construction period. Then it will put forward the financing planning during construction period by forecasting the S circuit income. As the last chapter, chapter six draws a conclusion of the whole thesis and puts forward the defects of it. | |
