中文摘要：	家族企业在我国国民经济中有着举足轻重的作用，而近些年，家族企业的可持续发展成为备受关注的问题，而融资问题又是制约家族企业可持续发展的重要因素。资金是一个企业的血液，没有充足的资金供应与支持，企业将面临生存的危险，更谈不上能够可持续发展。本文通过对国内外关于家族企业研究的梳理，确定了研究角度：即从可持续发展的角度去研究家族企业的融资问题。本文通过对家族企业的界定，对其特征以及优势劣势的分析，进而找出制约我国家族企业可持续发展的融资困境以及造成其困境的原因。本文采用案例研究的方法，通过对案例企业万向集团的深入分析，包括对万向自身独特融资环境、各阶段可持续发展状况的分析，得出融资在其所起的重要作用。同时从其成功经验中探讨破解我国家族企业融资困境的方法，进而促进我国家族企业的可持续发展。通过研究分析，得出以下几方面的结论：首先，融资问题直接影响我国家族企业的可持续发展，而我国家族企业的可持续发展又影响了企业的融资选择；其次，要从根本上解决我国家族企业的融资问题，企业必须寻求自身实力的增强，只有自身实力的强大，才可能实现企业融资与可持续发展的良性循环；最后，家族企业应根据自身的特点进行创新改革，从而破解融资困境，实现企业的可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Family business plays an important role in our national economy. In recent years, the sustainable development of the family business has become a major concern, and the question of financing is an important factor constraining the sustainable development of the family business. Capital is the blood of an enterprise, if the business does not have sufficient funds to support, will face the survival risk, let alone be able to sustainable development. Based on the domestic and international research on family business, this paper determines a research perspective: that is, from the perspective of sustainable development to analyze the problems of finance in family business. In this paper, through the definition of the family business, the analysis of its characteristics and advantages and disadvantages, then find out the constraints caused financing problems of sustainable development of family business in China as well as the reasons. Using the case study method in this article, through in-depth analysis of the case enterprise Wanxiang Group, including the unique financing environment, the various stages of sustainable development and come to the important role of financing in the company’s development. and also, to explore the way to solve the financing problems of family enterprises from the successful experiences, thereby promoting the sustainable development of family business in China. Through research and analysis, we make the following conclusions: First, the financing problem directly affects the sustainable development of our family business, and the sustainable development of our family business affect the financing options; Secondly, in order to solve the financing problems of the family business in China, the company must seek their own strength, only through their own strong strength, it may achieve a virtuous cycle of corporate finance and sustainable development; Finally, the family business should carry out innovative reforms based on its characteristics, so as to solve the financing difficulties, to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises.
