中文摘要:近些年来,一种新的软件交付模式SaaS开始受到实践界和理论界的广泛关注。不同于传统软件交付模式,在SaaS模式中,SaaS提供商为客户搭建信息化所需要的所有网络基础设施及软件、硬件运作平台,并负责所有前期的实施、后期的维护等一系列服务,客户无需购买软硬件、建设机房、招聘 IT 人员,即可根据自己信息化需要,通过互联网使用信息服务。因此与传统软件交付模式相比,SaaS 以其巨大的成本优势、战略灵活性以及对服务质量提升给企业带来了发展的机遇,也使得自身正成为软件科技发展的最新趋势以及各大软件厂商开始合作和竞争的领域。 SaaS 带来了全新的机遇,也带来了巨大的挑战。由于 SaaS 给 IT 服务提供商提出了更高的服务要求,而任何企业都无法完成SaaS解决方案的所有的组成部分,因此服务供应链之间通过合作创新来提升服务品质成为SaaS服务提供商的唯一选择。而作为IT 服务供应链的一种,SaaS服务供应链以其服务特殊性使得传统供应链合作创新理论无法适用。 因此,本文在以往文献研究的基础上构建了一个包括了一个SaaS服务提供商和一个SaaS上游合作商在平台端或业务端进行需求创造型产品创新的古诺模型,并将该模型扩展到两条供应链进行双寡头古诺竞争的情况。我们分析了线性补偿契约情况下,SaaS 服务供应链内各成员的利润情况,并分析了市场、成本、竞争各种参数影响对供应链决策和利润的影响。本文的研究结论是传统供应链合作创新理论在IT 服务供应链上的补充和扩展,对实践界SaaS服务供应链的合作创新有着重要指导意义。 
英文摘要:In recent years, a new software delivery model, SaaS began to catch widespread attention either from the practice or academic field. Unlike traditional software delivery model, SaaS providers build all the network infrastructure customers need (e.g. software, hardware, operating environments)and is responsible for all pre-implementation and after-sales service, thus it is not necessary for customers to purchase hardware and software, spare a information center or recruit new IT staffs, but access expertise information through the Internet basing on their own demands. Compared with traditional software delivery model, SaaS, with its huge cost advantage, strategic flexibility, and enhancement of service quality, brings new opportunity for these developing companies and makes itself the latest trends of software technology as well as a competing area for major software vendors. SaaS also brings a great challenge. As SaaS requiring a higher level of service quality and no IT providers are unable to complete all the parts of SaaS solutions, there is no way for SaaS providers but cooperative innovation. Since SaaS is a kind of IT services with services particularity, the traditional supply chain cooperative innovation theory can no longer be applied. Therefore, this paper constructed a Cournot model includes one SaaS provider and one upstream partner cooperating together on a SaaS platform side or business side to create new custom utilities, and then extended it to Cournot duopoly competition. We analyzed the profits of the participants of the SaaS supply chain in a linear contract case, and how the important parameters (e.g. market, cost, competition) affect the supply chain decision-making and profit. The conclusions of this study is a complement and extension of the traditional supply chain cooperation and innovation theory in IT services supply chain, and plays an guiding role in IT cooperative innovation decision.
