中文摘要：	21世纪是质量的世纪，随着经济的发展，市场竞争越来越激烈，消费者的需求变化日益迅速，但是不管怎么变，消费者都希望买到的产品是符合质量要求的，在最开始，企业家们认为只有生产出“好”的产品，消费者才会满意，这个好就是企业家认为非常好的质量，代表企业家的看法和认知，在一定层面上反映了消费者的需求，但是并不等于消费者所需要的。后来人们提出了，符合要求，即生产出来的产品符合消费者对于质量的要求，符合要求的产品不会让消费者不满意，但是不一定让消费者满意，直到现在人们提出质量管理就是要让顾客满意。三星电子数码摄像机的整个研发导入可以分成两个项目来看，在设计研发项目中更多的是从设计上达到顾客满意，这里的顾客包括外部消费者，也包括生产制造等内部顾客，本文并不涉及。数码摄像机新产品导入项目是在天津完成的，从流程上看一共分为四个阶段，其中的试生产阶段主要的目的是验证是否达到顾客满意，试生产确认阶段则是生产质量是否达标。本文首先描述了三星数码摄像机新产品导入的总体框架，包括三星数码摄像机新产品导入项目质量保证的独特性以及总体流程和各阶段流程。然后从系统和过程两个角度分别阐述从三星数码摄像机新产品导入项目中剥离出的质量保证要素。ISO9000管理原则的应用、质量体系的标准、组织和信息系统构成了系统角度分析的质量保证方法，而导入项目过程中的审查方法、质量改善与变更和供应商质量保证活动构成了过程角度分析的质量保证方法。这些质量保证的方法都是三星电子数码摄像机卓越质量的成功因素。目前在我国，制造业比较多，但是大部分还在进行OEM的生产，只有少部分成功进行向ODM或者独立研发制造销售的转化，而且对于国产产品而言，质量一直是一个众所周知的问题，是什么构成了质量？是设计、导入和生产的每一个过程构成了产品的最终质量，在设计、导入和生产中的每一个过程，每一个活动都将它们做好，即正确的做事，最终形成的产品质量才会让顾客满意。而三星电子数码摄像机新产品导入项目所使用的质量保证方法是值得借鉴的，通过质量保证的方法保证每一个过程和活动都能够达到质量的要求，研究形成产品的每一个过程，并找出正确的方法保证过程质量，这样才会生产出质量好的产品，赢得顾客的口碑。
英文摘要：	21st Century is the century of quality. As soon as the development of economy, market competition is more and more sharp, and the change of request of customers’ is very quick. Customers hope to buy goods of quality, at first, businessman thought to give good things to their customers, and the customers would feel content , but it didn’t mean that was what they wanted. And then, people put forward a new concept : to fit the request. It is to give the things which is fit to their customers’ request. The things fit to request don’t make the discontent of customers, but it is not sure to make content. Until now somebody put forward that quality is to make customers content. Digital Video of Samsung research and development project can be looked as two projects，design and new product introduce. Design is not concerned here. Digital Video of Samsung new product introduce project is in Tianjin. There are four phases in Digital Video of Samsung new product introduce project. PV phase in it is ordered to make customers content, and PR phase is to make the products up to snuff. At first , it describes the total frame of Digital Video of Samsung new product introduce project, and consists of identity about quality assurance of Digital Video of Samsung new product introduce project and process in every phase. Use system and process as two way to analyse the quality assurance of Digital Video of Samsung new product introduce project. The management of ISO 9000, the standard of quality assurance, organization and information system are composed to system quality assurance. The check in the process, quality improvement and change, quality assurance movement of Supplier are composed to process quality assurance. These ways of quality assurance are the reason of Samsung quality success. Today in our country, there are a lot of Manufacturing factories, but most of them are in OEM way, a few are successful to change to ODM and OBM mode. For products made in China , quality is a problem known for all. What is made of quality? The process in design ,NPI and manufacture make it. Every process and movement, do it well, is called “do things right”. Like this, the final products will make customers content. Quality assurance of Samsung Digital Video new product introduce project is a good way for our enterpriser to study, and make sure all the process and movement is up to request is very important. It is made excellent quality.
