中文摘要：	经济全球化条件下生产性要素在区域之间流动的增强并没有引起企业经营活动在区域上的均衡分布。相反，经营活动集群发展的趋势日益显著。随着全球经济向服务经济的转型，以生产性服务业为主导的服务经济格局逐步形成，而且生产性服务业产业集群发展趋势更为显著。因此，本文选择生产性服务业产业集群战略作为研究的主题。关于产业集群影响因素的理论研究在一定程度上解释了生产性服务业产业集群战略选择的动因，但是由于生产性服务业具有知识、技术密集型特点以及中间投入特性，这些影响因素表现出一定的不稳定性和孤立性，很多只是关注了生产性服务业产业集群的某一个阶段，且这些影响因素会随着产业集群的不断发展而逐渐衰退。随着产业基础结构的改变和企业竞争向产业集群层面的过渡，企业的创新表现出集群特性。因此，本文选择从企业创新的视角对生产性服务业产业集群战略的影响因素进行分析。对创新集群的追求成为生产性服务业产业集群战略的重要选择，创新网络的构建成为影响生产性服务业产业集群战略选择的重要因素。具体而言，生产性服务业需要嵌入本地区社会网络结构并通过集体学习机制实现集群创新。 本研究的主要内容分为三个主要部分：第一部分主要是研究问题的提出、研究内容、方法的介绍以及产业集群相关文献的回顾，第三部分为本文的研究结论；第二部分为本文的主体，其首先以中国生产性服务业发展为例，分析了其生产性服务业及其产业集群的发展现状，同时分析了其存在的问题。接下来本文通过文献的梳理总结了生产性服务业产业集群战略一般影响因素，其主要包括三种理论视角；在此基础上，本文从创新视角提出了生产性服务业产业集群战略的影响因素，通过创新网络的构建来形成创新集群成为本质的影响因素。创新网络需要一定的集群结构作为支撑，企业通过融入产业集群的社会网络实现了这一支撑，而集体学习成为集群创新的重要实现机制。最后本文总结了生产性服务业产业集群的效应，并以相关生产性服务业产业集群的案例进行了研究。
英文摘要：	Under the background of economic globalization, the high flowability of production factors between regions does not lead to the balanced development of business activities on regional distribution. On the contrary, industrial cluster becomes an increasingly significant trend. As the global economy transforms to service economy, the producer services are playing increasingly significant role in the economy development and has a significant trend to clustering development. So we choose Producer service and its clustering strategy as our research theme. The previous research on clustering strategy and influencing factors to some extent explains the motivation of the strategic choice. Because of the knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive features and its role as an intermediate inputs industry, the research does not explain the acquisition of everlasting competition advantages of industrial cluster. The influencing factors of industry clustering strategy from these studies are instable and isolated and some research only consider a certain stage of the industrial clusters, some factors will gradually subside with the development of industrial cluster. As a result, the research chooses to study the clustering strategy and influencing factors from the perspective of enterprise innovation. The pursuit of innovative clusters becomes the essential influencing factor for the choice of clustering strategy of producer service. The motivation of industry clustering strategy is to integrate into the social networks of industrial clusters and achieve cluster innovation through collective learning. The research can be divided into three parts. The first part contains the research background, the research theme and the research method. At the same time, in this part, we review the related literature. The third part is the conclusion of our research. As the principal part of our research, the second part firstly analyzes the status of producer services and finds the inevitable trend of clustering development. At the same time, the research summarizes the problems on industrial cluster of producer service. In the following, the research puts forward the general impact factors for the choosing of clustering strategy of producer service and it contains three main perspectives. The pursuit of innovative clusters becomes the essential influencing factor for the choice of clustering strategy of producer service. In the perspective of innovation, the integration to the social networks of industrial clusters and achieve clustering innovation through collective learning become an important motivation to explain the strategy of industry clustering. Finally, this paper summarizes the effect of producer service enterprises clustering and takes Silicon Valley as an example to prove the theory of this research.
