中文摘要：	20世纪90年代以来，全球竞争加剧、技术复杂性不断提高、高技术人员的流动性不断加快，企业靠过去那种“自己动手，丰衣足食”的封闭式创新模式已经不能再适合企业发展与竞争要求。而好的创意与技术不必来源于企业内部，也不必只应用于企业内部，将好的创意与技术推向市场，或从外部创新源处获取好的创意或技术开始成为一种必然趋势。2003年，Chesbrough（2003）首次提出开放式创新（Open Innovation）的概念，自那时起，一些企业开始从根本上转变创新模式，由传统的封闭式创新转向开放式创新。本文以企业外部环境和内部环境这个大背景下，探索企业的开放度如何受环境影响进而影响企业的开放式模式选择。全文研究共分为：理论阐述、实证研究、结论与建议。在理论阐述部分，通过学习总结国内外专家对开放式创新理论、环境理论、开放式创新开放度这几个主要领域的研究成果，结合我国具体国情，提出了相应的理论假设和研究模型。在实证部分，通过对天津市部分企业开放式创新活动参与情况进行调查，通过问卷收集的定量分析，得出影响我国企业开放式创新的基本情况，并进一步验证环境因素对开放度的影响，进而对开放式创新模式选择的影响。此部分分两个阶段进行，第一阶段进行文献研究，了解影响开放式创新的开放度有哪些因素及其测量指标，形成本文的构思；第二阶段进行调查问卷研究，以天津市部分企业员工为对象进行问卷调查，将收集到的数据进行统计分析，从而得出本文的最终结论。在结论与建议部分，总结了本文研究得到的结论，并针对该论进行了解释，最后，对我国企业进行开放式创新活动提出了一些指导性的意见 。
英文摘要：	Since 1990s, the increased global competition, the continuous improvement of the complexity of the technical, the continues accelerate mobility of highly skilled personnel make the closes innovation is not fit the company any more. Good ideas and technologies do not have to come from internal, and they do not have to apply only to the internal, make good ideas and technologies to market get them from the out of the company started to become an inevitable trend. Chesbrough put forward the open innovation for the first time in 2003.Since that time, some enterprises begin fundamentally change the mode of the innovation from closed innovation to open innovation. As the background of the external environment and internal environment, this paper explores the openness of enterprises affected by the environment thereby affecting the open mode selecting. The full text of research is divided into: theoretical explanations, empirical research, conclusions and recommendations. In the part of theoretical explanations, this paper learns and summarizes some research in the area of the open innovation, environment theory, openness. And combined with China’s specific national conditions, this paper proposes the theoretical assumptions and research model. In the part of empirical research, this paper investigates some Tianjin enterprise’s activity conditions of the participation of open innovation. With quantitative analysis by questionnaire, draw the basic situation of China’s enterprises of open innovation, and further validate the influence of environmental factors on the degree of openness. This section divided into two stages, the first phase is the literature, understanding the influencing factors of the openness of open innovation, and format the idea of this article. The second stage is questionnaire study, the questionnaire is for some enterprises in Tianjin, this stage makes the statistical analysis of data to draw final conclusions. In the part of conclusions and recommendations, explain the conclusion in this article, give some recommendations to some Chinese enterprises for open innovation.
