中文摘要：	有研究显示，青年尤其是大学生正逐渐成为创业浪潮的主体。作为一个特殊的创业群体，大学生创业，受到了越来越多的关注。本文关注的是大学生创业成功率的问题。结合已有对大学生创业的研究，本文认为大学生创业成功率低的原因之一是，大学生创业面临着资源不足和社会网络资本匮乏等困境，而相对来讲，成熟企业拥有的资源却是十分丰富的。但是大学生刚创建的企业与成熟企业却极有可能在同一细分市场上竞争，这样大学生创业就极易失败。然而，毋庸置疑的是大学生创业也有其自身优势。因此，本文认为大学生要提高创业成功率，就应该“扬长避短”，充分利用自身优势，积极嵌入各种孵化平台，获取所需资源，达到和平台或平台上的成熟企业“共生”的目的。 本文结合身边具体的大学生创业案例，试图探索大学生创业者如何更好的利用孵化平台来提高创业的成功率，以及大学生创业者如何更好的嵌入平台。为此，本文将“共生模式”这一概念引入到对大学生创业的研究中。认为，大学生创业采用对称性互惠、连续性和市场制的共生模式，有助于充分发挥大学生创业者自身优势，同时有助于解决大学生创业面临的困境，提高创业成功率。
英文摘要：	Existed studies showed that young people, especially the college students, emerged as the leading parts of the entrepreneurs. University student's innovative undertaking is attracting more and more attention, because the distinctiveness of the entrepreneurs. This paper focuses on the low success probability of these enterprises. According to existing studies, we think the major reason for the college students’ rare success is the short of resource and social capital. Relatively, established business has abundant resources. However, start-ups of university students are likely to compete with mature enterprise in the same niche market. They are apt to lose in the battle. But it is obvious that college students have their own advantage to run a star-up. Our major opinion is that they should take full use of these advantages, and avoid shortcomings, embedded themselves in business incubation platforms to available resources. Then they can reach the balance of mutualistic symbiosis with other mature firms in the platforms，as well as improve their success rate. Based on case studies, this paper tries to explore that how college entrepreneurs can take full advantages of the incubation platforms to improve success, and how they could do to better embedded in platforms. We first introduce “mutualistic symbiosis” to studies on university student's innovative undertaking. We maintain that symmetric mutual benefits, continuous and marketized symbiosis mode will help to give full play of the young students’ strength, and solve their problems to improve the rate of succeed.
