中文摘要:中小小企业融资难是社会各界关注的热点问题。这个问题是个世界性、系统性的问题,涉及到政策制定层面、银行、中小企业和信用环境等方方面面。近几年,随着银行自身的资产结构和业务结构调整需要之外,政府的大力扶持也带动了商业银行支持中小企业融资的热情。各家商业银行逐步将中小企业业务作为经营活动的重点,通过理念、经营方式以及业务模式的创新,丰富了中小企业金融产品和服务,加大了对中小企业的贷款支持。然而,商业银行中小企业业务的开展过程中却依然面临着各种各样的困难和挑战,其中包括中小企业财务信息相对缺乏,管理层的专业化不足,产品和服务同质化,以及如何开发和维持客户等等。商业银行要想在中小企业的业务上有所建树,必须通过不断的业务积累和摸索。本文的研究内容包括:首先,在系统地回顾了顾客价值、价值链等理论的基础上,阐述和论证了两者之间的关系以及顾客价值导向的价值链的重要意义,克服了传统价值链理论的某些不足;其次,对我国商业银行中小企业业务发展进行了总体的概述,在现状分析的基础上,阐述了价值链分析对中小企业业务活动的实践性指导意义;再次,分析了商业银行的中小企业业务价值链并利用中国银行的“中银信贷工厂”信贷模式进行有效说明;最后,提出了基于顾客价值的中小企业业务价值链的优化策略。 
英文摘要:SMEs’ financing difficulties is the hot issue of social concern ,This problem is a global, systemic problems related to policy-making level, banks, small and medium-sized enterprises and credit environment and other aspects. In recent years, with the needs of the bank's own asset structure and business restructuring, government support has also led to the enthusiasm of the commercial banks to support SMEs’ financing. Commercial banks gradually SME business as the focus of business activities, philosophy, management style and business model innovation, enriching the SME financial products and services, increasing the loan support for SMEs. However, while carrying out the SMEs business, the commercial banks are still facing various difficulties and challenges, including the relative lack of financial information for SMEs, lack of professional management, product and service homogenization, as well as how to develop and maintain customer and so on. In order to accomplish something in the SMEs business, Commercial banks need to maintain business accumulation and exploration. This study include: First, a systematic review on the basis of customer value, value chain theory to explain and demonstrate the importance of the relationship between customer value-oriented value chain, to overcome the traditional value chain certain deficiencies of the theory; Second, China's commercial banks to SMEs business development general overview on the practical guiding significance of value chain analysis of the SME business activities on the basis of the analysis in the status quo; again, the analysis of a business the bank's SME business value chain and the Bank of China Bank of “credit Factory ”credit model for effective instructions; Finally, the SME business value chain optimization strategy based on customer value.
