中文摘要：	从住房制度改革以来至今，我国在基础建设、居民住房市场等方面加大了信贷投放力度，直接或间接带动了建筑市场的快速发展。建筑行业的格局也发生了巨大的变化，专业施工企业迅速的成长起来，成为行业内具有蓬勃生气的力量。但快速发展掩饰不了一个尖锐地问题，那就是专业施工企业从资金、技术、人才到风险控制都缺乏规范化管理。尤其是这些企业在风险管理方面能力还比较单薄。金融危机的到来使得建筑市场环境骤变，专业施工企业不得不面对需求萎缩、合同质量下降，合同风险反而上升的局面。因此，对于施工企业来说项目风险管理的重要性不言而喻。企业只有从粗犷式的以高收益控制经营风险的管理方式转变为科学的系统的风险管理方式上来，才能在恶劣的市场环境中确立优势加速发展。本文首先介绍了论文选题背景、研究意义、研究的主要内容、论文结构和主要研究方法.。然后，对项目管理以及项目风险管理的理论和方法做了阐述，系统地介绍了工程项目风险管理工作体系包括：风险识别、风险度量、风险应对和风险监控等。最后，通过作者所经历的百丽广场项目风险管理实践作了深入地探讨和研究，其中，文中详细介绍了TC公司在百丽广场暖通工程项目中运用多种理论工具进行风险管控的实践过程。本文作者在对项目风险管理理论模型充分理解的基础上，结合百丽广场项目的实际情况，提出了更为具体的、差异化的风险应对方法，对提高专业施工企业项目风险管理工作水平有一定的帮助。
英文摘要：	In terms of infrastructure, residential housing market since the housing system reform, China has increased efforts to credit, which directly or indirectly led to the rapid development of the construction market.The pattern of the construction industry has also undergone tremendous changes, construction subcontracting enterprises grew rapidly up to become the more vigorous part. However, the rapid development could not hide a sharp. That is ,these enterprises is the lack of standardized management in the terms of capital, technology, human resources, and risk control. In particular, the risk management of these enterprises is also relatively poor. The arrival of the financial crisis makes the construction market environment suddenly changes, and construction companies have to deal with shrinking demand, the decline in the quality of the contract, the contract increased risk. Therefore, Enterprises only change from the rough and control of business risks in a high-yield management of scientific and systematic risk management approach in order to establish the advantage in a harsh market environment, and even accelerate the development. The thesis first introduces the topics of the background, significance, research, thesis structure and research methods, and then, on the theory and methods of project management and project risk management are described in detail and systematic introduction to project risk management system include: risk identification, risk measurement, risk response and risk monitoring. Finally, through the risk management practices of the experience of the Belle Plaza project made in-depth discussion and research, which are discussed in detail the TC in the project use a variety of theoretical tools for risk management and control the course of practice. On the basis of fully understanding to the theoretical model of project risk management, the author combined the actual situation of the Belle Plaza project, propose a more specific and differentiated risk response. It is certainly benefit to improve the level of Construction subcontracting enterprises project risk management.
