中文摘要: | 企业必须制定适当的战略来正确引导自身发展的方向,但在执行上却面临 着挑战。战略不能够很好实现,并非都是战略本身的问题,多数情况下是战略 实施的不好。随着战略管理的发展,有效的战略制定和实施可以给企业带来卓 越的业绩。战略本身制定要符合企业的实际,同时战略的成功实施和控制也是 非常关键。本论文以 ENN集团为例,研究了国内个案企业利用平衡计分卡进行 战略管理的过程,主要包括战略分析、战略制定及战略实施与控制。本研究回 顾了战略管理过程相关理论和平衡计分卡相关战略绩效理论,探讨如何运用外 部驱动因素识别关键成功因素,来构建平衡计分卡关键绩效指标。在战略制定 中,将战略目标用战略图构建,并基于平衡计分卡来生成战略行动方案。在战 略实施中,打造高绩效文化,利用分级平衡计分卡逐层落实到每一位员工的日 常工作与绩效目标中,辅以配套的激励与奖励制度,战略性分配资源,利用战 略绩效管理PDCA 循环体系,促进组织和战略一致,提高企业整体绩效水平。 本论文共有五章内容: 第一章阐述了研究背景及选题意义,并简单介绍ENN集团及行业发展趋势 第二章回顾了战略管理过程及战略绩效相关理论;第三章从环境分析中运用平 衡计分卡,利用外部驱动因素识别关键成功因素,来构建平衡计分卡关键绩效 指标,并从财务、顾客、内部流程、学习和成长四个层面对关键绩效指标进行 内部诊断,为实施平衡计分卡项目奠定基础。同时通过外部、内部价值链分析 对成本驱动因素预测。第四章是ENN集团基于平衡计分卡的战略行动方案生成 通过战略定位,用战略图将战略目标展开来拟定战略行动,并进行可行性分析 等;第五章阐述了 ENN 集团的战略执行体系四大保障,平衡计分卡在 ENN 集 团的实施和控制以及在实施中的问题及建议。 | |
英文摘要: | The leaders of enterprises need to develop appropriate strategies to correctly guide their own development direction. However, the implementation is faced with challenges. Sometimes, the strategy can’t be carried out very well. It is the cause that the implementation of the strategy is bad. With the development of the strategic management, enterprises can make outstanding achievement with correct formulation and effective implementation of he strategies. The formulation of strategy must be in accordance with the practice. Moreover, the key is the successful implementation and control of the strategy. This hesis takes the ENN case as an example of the domestic enterprises using the Balanced Scorecard to perform strategic management. It includes strategy analysis, strategy formulation, the implementation and control of the strategy. The author reviews the related theory of strategic management and the Balanced Scorecard. How o use external driving factors to identify critical successful factors and to build the key performance indicator of the Balanced Scorecard are discussed. To formulate the strategy, we use strategy map to describe the strategic objectives. And it produces strategy action project based on the Balanced Scorecard. To enhance overall level of performance of the strategy, we need to create high-performance culture, to make the strategy embodied by the strategic objectives and become each employee's daily work by using the classifying balanced scorecard, to build proper incentive and reward system, to allot resources strategically, to use of the PDCA cycle management system and promote organizational and strategic consensus. This thesis includes five chapters: The first chapter expounds the background and significance of electing this topic and introduces briefly ENN group cited in this thesis and this industry developmental trends; In Chapter II the author reviews the strategic management process and related theory of strategy performance. Chapter III expounds how to use the Balanced Scorecard by the environmental analysis, to identify external driving factors, to build key performance indexes of the Balanced Scorecard, to make internal Diagnosis of key performance indexes by analyzing the four perspectives including the financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth, All of this is to lay the foundation for the project of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard. At the same time, it forecasts cost drive factors by analyzing external and internal value chain. In Chapter IV the author analyzes the case of the ENN by strategy orientation including using strategy map to describe strategy objectives, the formulation of the Balanced Scorecard and initiatives and its feasibility analysis. Chapter V expounds four security system of the strategy implementation of the ENN Group, the applications of Balanced Scorecard in ENN Group and put forward to some issues and proposals. | |
