| 中文摘要： | 随着社会的进步，科学技术的发展，人事档案的内容形式变得复杂多样，传统的整理方法无论是从提供利用的手段还是从内容上都已无法满足现阶段人们对人事档案信息的需要，那么利用什么样的原则和方法对信息时代的背景下的人事档案进行整理，才能使利用者从对角度、多渠道，快速准确的获取人事档案信息，同时也能从整理的结果中及时的找到他们所需的各类人才信息。 本文在理论结合实践的基础上，采用文献调查法，比较分析法，归纳与综合分析法等，对人事档案整理进行了系统的研究。对人事档案和人事档案整理的含义行了探讨，将历史原则、有机联系原则、效益原则作为人事档案整理的理论指导，并详细阐述了人事档案实体整理和信息整理的具体方法。 本文主要分为四章：第一章导论，主要论述了论文的研究背景、意义、方法以及论文的主要框架和创新点。第二章主要是对人事档案的基础理论进行了讨论，对人事档案相关概念进行了研究。第三章主要是对人事档案整理原则进行了探讨，即历史原则、有机联系原则、效益原则对人事档案整理的指导以及具体的运用。第四章对人事档案整理实践进行了研究，主要讨论了人事档案整理中存在的具体问题，以及解决问题的方法。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Along with social progress, scientific and technological development, the traditional finishing of personnel files has been unable to provide people access to personnel files from the right angle, multi-channel fast and accurately. The traditional finishing of personnel files has been suffered shock, then adopting what kind of principle to arrange personnel files and how to arrange personnel files the information era, will be topic of our discussion today. On the basis of combination of theory and practice we adopt literature survey, comparative analysis, summarized and comprehensive analysis of carry out a systematic study of the personnel files. We discussed the meaning of personnel files and personnel file finishing and the historical principle, organic relationship principle, the principle of utility as the theoretical guide to elaborate the specific methods of entity finishing and information gathering of personnel files a This article is divided into four chapters: Chapter I introduction, introduces the research background, significance, methods, and the main framework and innovation.
