中文摘要：	A集团是灯具行业的跨国企业，在全球拥有多家分公司和制造工厂。随着经济全球化的发展，A集团也面临着激烈的市场竞争。为了增强集团的竞争力，A企业引入了SAP系统。为了适应该系统对企业管理的要求，A集团进行了一系列的战略调整，通过内部流程优化，加强集团内部控制等措施来提高企业的市场竞争力。而A集团在实施SAP系统之后，也需要重新进行财务模式的变革，以便适应新系统的要求，提高企业管理水平和竞争力。本文在回顾了集团财务控制模式和SAP系统的相关理论之后，对A集团实施SAP系统之后的财务控制模式进行了研究和分析。本文采用了提出问题，分析问题和解决问题的研究思路。首先提出了A集团在实施SAP系统之后在财务控制模式的选择上出现的问题，然后结合SAP先进的管理模式，运用财务管理的有关理论和方法对这些问题进行了分析，最后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案。本文的重点不是理论研究，而是通过理论联系实际试图来解决问题。通过对A集团在实施SAP系统之后财务控制模式上的问题的研究，本文提出了A集团更加适合集权型的财务控制模式的结论。 A集团在使用SAP系统之前是偏向于分权型的财务控制模式，在使用SAP系统之后，这种财务控制模式的缺陷也就表现出来了。基于SAP系统的特点和A集团的实际情况，本文认为在实施SAP系统之后，A集团应该更偏向于集权型的财务控制模式，而且SAP系统的引入为A集团实现新的财务控制模式提供了条件。具体而言，A集团可以通过建立财务共享服务中心，实施SAP标准化操作和利用SAP开发报表和进行全面预算来实施集权型的财务控制模式。A集团要想顺利的由分权型的财务控制模式向集权型的财务控制模式过渡，可以从人力、资金、IT技术和内部审计四个方面提供相应的保障措施。本文为A集团基于SAP系统的财务控制模式的研究对于同类型的企业也具有借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	Group A is a lighting multination enterprise with a lot of subsidiaries and manufacturing plants in the world. With the development of global economic, it also faces a lot of marketing competition. In order to improve the competition, Group A also starts to use SAP system. So it makes a lot of strategic adjustment to improve the marketing competition, such as optimizing internal processes, enforce internal control and so on. And it also has to change the financial management module to meet the demands of SAP. After reviewing the related theory of group financial control mode and SAP system, the article research and analysis the financial control mode of Group A after using SAP system. The basic thought of this article is follow the clue of pointing problems, analysis problems and solving problems. First, it points out the problem of Group A on choosing finance control mode, and then it analysis these problem by the theories of SAP and finance control. At last, it provides the solution for these problems. This article is not focus on theory research, but on problems solving. After such research, we get a conclusion that Group A is more suitable for centralized structure. Before using SAP, Group A takes the Decentralized Financial Control Mode, but it shows a lot of disadvantages. Based on the character of SAP and Group A, this article thinks it is better to take the Centralized Financial Control Mode in Group A and SAP provides the possibility for this change. Concretely speaking, Group A can establish FSSC, make standardized SAP operation and develop financial report by SAP. In order to change the financial control mode smoothly, Group A can support by HR, cash, IT and internal audit. This article believes that the research affords example for other similar corporation.
