| 中文摘要: | 当前我国工程设计行业的市场竞争异常激烈,再加上全球经济危机的影响,使得我国许多设计院面临了经营的困境。受传统计划经济的影响,我国设计院普遍存在管理方式落后的问题,严重制约了设计院的发展。本文主要从组织模式的角度,分析了我国设计院组织管理模式存在的问题,并探讨了项目导向型组织模式在设计院中的应用。第一部分介绍了课题研究的大背景,并指出课题研究的意义,即通过在设计院中设计和建立项目导向型组织来改善其管理和经营现状,提高企业核心竞争力。第二部分对理论基础进行了介绍,主要包括项目管理理论、组织管理理论和项目导向型组织理论,这些为课题的研究提供了理论支撑。第三部分首先介绍了A设计院组织结构模式的历史变化,并分析了其项目运行方式及项目管理现状,对原有的组织结构问题进行了剖析,并提出了引入项目导向型组织结构的必要性和意义,这也是后面的项目导向型组织结构研究的必要性。第四部分提出了设计院中项目导向型组织结构的一个构思,包括其建设方式和实现途径,给出了组织设计方案,并指出了人才的培养与激励,这些是确保项目导向型组织顺利建设的重要基础。第五部分结合A设计院项目制的推行,介绍了项目设计流程、项目负责人职责、项目管理实施方案等。因此,通过在设计院这种典型的项目导向型企业中建立项目导向型组织结构模式,有助于帮助A设计院革除传统组织管理模式的弊端,走出经营的困境,提高企业的管理经营能力,最终促进设计院走向国际化发展的道路。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Engineering design industry in China is fierce competition in the market, coupled with the impact of the global economic crisis, many of our Design Institute faced with the plight of the business. By the traditional planned economy in China Design Institute widespread the problem of backward management style, has seriously hampered the development of the Design Institute. This paper is mainly from the perspective of the organizational model to analyze the problems of the Chinese design institute organization and management models, and to explore the application of project-oriented organizational model in the institute. The first part introduces the research background, and points out the significance of the research, design and project-oriented organization to improve its management and operation of the status quo and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the institute. The second part describes the theoretical basis, including project management theory, organizational theory and project-oriented organization theory provides theoretical support for these research projects. The third part firstly introduces the A and Design Institute of the historical changes of the organizational structure model, and analyzes the manner of operation of the project and project management status, the original organizational structure analysis, and the necessity and significance of the introduction of project-oriented organizational structure, which is also behind the project-oriented organization structure necessity. The fourth part presents an idea of the design institute in project-oriented organizational structure, including its construction methods and ways to achieve organizational design programs, and pointed out the talents and motivation is to ensure that project-oriented organization successfully building an important foundation. The fifth part of the implementation of the system of A design institute project, the project design process, project leader responsibilities, project management, implementation of the program. Therefore, through establish project-oriented organizational structure in design institute this kind of typical project-oriented enterprises, which could help to get rid of the drawbacks of traditional organization and management design institute model, get out of the business difficulties, to improve the management ability of enterprises, and ultimately promote large design institutes to international development. | |
