| 中文摘要: | 我国改革开放30年来,在国家政策的支持下,民营经济从无到有,从小到大,发展迅猛,提供了大量的就业岗位,创造了较大的社会价值。但是,伴随改革开放也出现了很多社会问题:环境污染严重、财富分配两极分化、社会的道德底线屡被打破、有毒食品屡禁不绝等给社会可持续发展、人民的生命健康造成了很大的威胁。社会大众对民营企业的信任度下降。民营企业在发展过程中也积累了很多风险,发展日渐艰难。本研究采用文献阅读和案例研究的方法,基于企业社会责任理论、人力资源管理理论和心理学的部分理论,对民营企业社会责任和其人力资源管理之间的互动机制进行研究,试图从民营企业的角度探讨实现民营经济和社会精神文明同步发展的可行性。这一研究可为民营企业解决当前面临的企业社会责任和人力资源管理问题提供一种解决思路。首先,本文分析指出民营企业面临的问题实际上是人力资源管理问题,社会面临的问题是企业(尤其是民营企业)的社会责任缺失。接着,提出了本文的研究基础,即,中国人普遍具有社会责任“基因”,这在企业社会责任和人力资源管理的互动过程中发挥着积极的作用,并对企业社会责任进行了界定。然后,在对行文理论基础(企业社会责任和人力资源管理相关理论)进行梳理后,分别对民营企业社会责任和人力资源管理现状及产生原因进行了分析。进而从心理学和社会学的角度论述了民营企业社会责任与人力资源管理之间的互动机制。最后,结合大午集团案例,提出可以从民营企业自身的改进出发,通过企业社会责任和人力资源规划,辅之以企业文化建设、企业伦理规范,控制民营企业社会责任和人力资源管理风险,实现民营企业与社会精神文明的同步发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The private economy is rapidly developing, starting from scratch, from small to large, and provides a lot of jobs and creates a lot of social value , since china's reform and opening up in the past 30 years in support of national policy. However, accompanied the reform and opening up, a lot of social problems such as serious environmental pollution, the uneven distribution of society wealth, society's moral bottom line have been repeatedly broken, toxic foods pose great threat to sustainable social development and people's lives and health. People for the trust of private enterprises decreased. Also having accumulated a number of risks in the development process, the private enterprises are facing more difficult problem. In this thesis, with literature review and case studying ,based on the theory of corporate social responsibility, human resource management theory and part of the psychology theories. This thesis attempts to explore the feasibility of the simultaneous development of private economic and social spiritual civilization from the perspective of private enterprises. This research can provide a solution for private enterprises to address corporate social responsibility and human resource management issues. First, this thesis pointed out that the problem faced by private enterprises is actually a human resource management issues. The problem faced by society is the lack of corporate (especially private enterprise) social responsibility. Further, the research basis of this thesis, that is, the Chinese people in general has a social responsibility "Gene" was put forward, which played an active role in the interactive process of corporate social responsibility and human resource management, and corporate social responsibility is defined. Then, to sort out the wording of the theoretical basis (corporate social responsibility and human resource management respectively theory), the current situation of the social responsibility of private enterprise and human resource management and causes are analyzed. Furthermore, from the perspective of psychology and sociology, the interaction mechanisms between the private corporate social responsibility and human resource management are discussed. Finally, with Dawu Group case, this thesis propose starting from the improvements of the private enterprise, through corporate social responsibility and human resource planning, complemented by the building of corporate culture, business ethics norms, to control the social responsibility of private enterprise and human resources management risk to achieve the simultaneous development of private enterprise and social spiritual civilization. | |
